No lift, very tight stairway and hallway. 6 stories is a long way to climb with suitcase in a narrow stairway. Zero communication. No early check in or checkout unless you want to pay 25 gbp per hour. House keeping costs extra.

The room was spotless, and had nearly everything I needed. The room. I had needed somewhere to eat, I had to eat on the bed. On the plus side, the linen was spotless and the kitchenette was well equipped

Almost…
The location is excellent, & check in was super easy. Place was very clean, but… it was not the room I booked. The room I booked showed a washer in the pictures. Thus, I packed for my long trip expecting to do some laundry there. After using the app to communicate with someone from Sonders, it didn’t go anywhere. The room I booked was already occupied and they were trying to get me a room at another property. Not ideal because after 15 hours traveling I didn’t want to go somewhere else. I waited for an hour sitting on a chair for this possible relocation. I didn’t want to make myself comfortable because that room could be needed. After one hour without response I started the chat again and it seemed I had to explain everything again to a new person. I gave up and just did my laundry in the kitchen sink. Beyond that frustration, it was also hard to get good sleep. The room faces a very loud street. I’m used to city noise but that was a lot. Closing the window would help but the room would get too hot. The fan provided was basically useless and was almost as loud as the street. Lastly, there were sulfer smells that would come from the bathroom randomly regardless of whether the ventilation fan was on or not.

Buena opcion para ir a Londres viendo los precios que hay. Las habiataciones son pequeñas pero con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias. La atención recibida tanto telematicamente por Arturo como presencial por Clara fueron excelentes. Recomiendo este alojamiento a toda persona que quiera ir a Londres y no dejarse el sueldo en ello. Hay una estación de metro cerca por lo que tienes Londres a tu alcance totalmente.

The worst hotel experience that we ever had.
No air conditioning in the room. There were 32 degrees Celsius over the day... No elevator. No reception. No one who speaks English in the hotel. We had problems. The only solution was to chat with a representative who gave a terrible service. We will never go back there again.

Nie wieder Sonder! Abgewohnt, dreckig, kaputt und dafür unverschämt teuer. Angeblich sind die Zimmer so „billig“ weil du gegen Gebühr auf Abruf geputzt wird. Kostet dann 40 Pfund und ohne das bekommt man nicht mal neues Klopapier. Wasserdruck in der Dusche nicht vorhanden, Deckenlicht im Bad war defekt und wurde erst zwei TGe später repariert, Abfluss stinkt, Fenster ließen sich kaum öffnen (hatten ein Zimmer im Dachgeschoss)

Ce lieu était parfait pour moi
très très pratique tout ce fait online. le chek-in, les codes d accès, de wifi, y a toutes les informations. Y a suffisamment tout ce qu il faut dans la cuisine. la salle de bain pareil. et le lit est confortable et spacieux. Tout est en bonne état et propre. Le tout petit couac, un peu de bruit, les escaliers tout le long du mur de la chambre, on entend tout le passage (perso ça ne me dérange pas) la localisation est hyper pratique, la station farringdon, tellement pratique pour visiter. et à pieds c'est pas loin de shoredich et barbican, mon quartier favori.

Tiny. Just about ok for one person overnight
Room was very small and I kept banging my head on the light above the bed! Lots of utensils and crockery. Strangely no milk sachets to have with tea and no coffee at all despite a Nespresso coffee machine. No air con, and I couldn’t open the windows as it was so noisy on the street. They did have good Wi-Fi and Netflix

Finding the property is nigh on impossible and then it’s a dimly lit alley with a glass door and you must have internet codes which in an insecure street environment isn’t easy if you are losing phone charge. No staff at the property. Room was reeking of smoke. Was told air freshener would be dropped off...it wasn’t.
