ﾎﾃﾙはとても綺麗で朝食も美味しかったので満足しています。ただ空港からのｱｸｾｽがちょっと不便だったかなと思いました。ﾎﾃﾙﾎｯﾊﾟｰﾊﾞｽは１時間に2本しかないし一人￡6(片道)しました。帰りはﾌﾛﾝﾄで割引でﾁｹｯﾄを購入できましたが。ﾎﾃﾙ自体はすごく良かったです。また機会があれば泊まりたいです。

最悪のサービスです
部屋に設置されているセーフテイーボックスが壊れていて使えなかった。直ぐに修理を依頼したが結局ホテル側は部署をたらい回しにして(責任の部署が違うとたらい回し)何もしてくれなく、貴重品を常に持ち歩く羽目に。最悪のサービス、二度と泊まりたくないホテルの１つです。

ヒースロー空港からの無料バス
ヒースロー空港からと空港への無料ロンドンバス423が道をはさんだところから出ているのでHOTEL　HOPPA　の高いお金を払わずにいけるので、大変便利です。Sheratonのレストランもまあまあおいしいです。 アイロンはありましたが、ドライヤーがありませんでした。

You also mentioned about restaurant being good and you really liked it. I see that you could not find an Iron in the room from your review, but I can assure all of our 426 bedrooms have Iron, min fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, Hair Dryer, Bath robe, lockable safe and complimentary bottle of water. 空港からは近くて便利だったが市内へのアクセスは検討出来ない。周辺にはマクドナルドがあるのみで旅行者には不向き。出張のトランジットとしては良い。

ターミナル5に近いきれいなホテル
ロンドン中心部から遠いのは欠点だが、帰国前日のみ利用しました。 T5に近く連絡バス（H54)有料（£５）で便利でした。 バスチケットを事前にホテルで購入すると割引が有り£4.5です。（時刻表もホテルで貰えます。） 他のホテルも巡回して行きますので、十分な時間の余裕を持って利用ください。 私の利用した部屋にはバスタブは有りませんでした。 部屋はきれいで、広さも十分でした。 満足でした。

佇まいはホテルというよりモーテル。Wi-fiは2Mb は無料だが、5Mb以上は有料。ヒースロー周辺で用事があって、ビジネスホテルと割り切ればこんなもんかという感じ。ホテルとしての優美さや華やかさはない。

This is a very serviceable hotel, but the area around it is industrial. Another problem is there are only busses to the airport every HOUR!! Not so bd if yo are in the hotel, but terrible if you have just landed

Just what we needed, with an early flight from Heathrow. Only surprise and disappointment was when we discovered that their shuttle only comes once an hour AND we each had to pay 6.5 GBP per ride. In the US, shuttles are free unless noted. Otherwise, everyone and everything was great.

Smoking directly outside of lobby which could be smelt inside bar. Very noisy from patrons slamming doors. In room condiments were very limited. Bar and restaurant facilities were excellent and staff were extremely helpful and polite.

No major issues other than giving us a room that had ‘forgotten’ to be cleaned and made up, bathroom wasn’t very nice….. didn’t really cause us much trouble other than returning to the check in desk and getting another room. Club lounge was very good, although get in there early as it gets busy, plenty of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Food was good, a variety of sandwiches, cold meats and hot canapés. Overall not a bad hotel and would actually recommend

It was a short stay. Receptionist was quite unfriendly as if she did not want us there and it was both during check in and check out. She completely spoiled the overall experience. There was another manager who was pleasant to talk to.

Nice, convenient airport hotel
Our room was far too hot, despite setting the temperature to 20º we awoke to 27º. My steak was served cold and tough, but when I returned the steak it was promptly replaced with a very good piece.
