Staff and all services are great. However, the facility is not modern and room is small compared to other Radisson Blu. Because I supposed other Radisson Blu hotels’ luxury image, I didn’t have a good first impression when I arrived. However, location and staff quality are very fine.

Great location
Great location - a minute's walk from Bond Street Tube station - and breakfast is also very good. The room is a bit small, but good for the price.

常宿にしたい
ホテルのみなさんフレンドリーで、仕事が早いです。ランクアップもしていただきました。部屋も広くスーツケースを4つ持っていきましたがスーツケースを広げるのも充分でした。 掃除も綺麗にされていて、毎日のお掃除もしっかりされてました。 お買い物好きな方には立地が最高です。ロンドンにはお買い物に行くことがメインなのでデパートに囲まれボンドストリート、SOHOも徒歩圏内、疲れたらバスもすぐ乗れるという環境でとにかく最高でした。

アクセスは中心地駅前の最高の立地 ホテルも快適でしたが、ただ一つだけ洗面所の水捌けの悪いのには困りました 少し強く出しただけでボウル一杯に水が溜まり、蛇口と底が狭くとても手が洗い難く、ホテルに言ったら水の出し方が強いからだ!と言われ これがロンドンスタイル?笑 まあ、あとは文句無しの快適ホテルでした。

ギルフォードの周りを散策しませんでしたのでわかりませんが駅からは結構離れています フロントの対応はよかったです 部屋も普通でした ただ、バスタブにシャワーカーテンがなく床はどうしても濡れてしまいます 一番の問題はわたしが宿泊する数日前にホテルの名前が変わっていたこと 鹿の置物がみえたので、ラディソンだとは思えましたが、いまの名前はハーバーだかハーバーランドだかです タクシーで到着したときには真っ青になりました ですので、ホテルズドットコムさんも名前の変更よろしくお願いいたします

I actually really love this hotel, great location for shopping and getting around London via the tube which is literally just across the street. My only feedback would be that the bed was a bit too soft and that there weren’t any nice lighting options in the room. No smaller reading lights by the bed, so either all bright or all dark.

Super Aufenthalt an zentraler Lage.
Super, zentrale Lage an der Oxford Street, direkt neben der U-Bahn Station und trotzdem ruhiges Quartier. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in diesem Hotel. Rundum sehr nette, freundliche und allseits aufmerksame Bedienung von allen Mitarbeitern. Gutes Frühstück. Zimmer wurden jeweils zeitnah und immer zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit gereinigt. Wir können dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.
