Situated on the first floor, there is a lift to make things easy.

Standard check in time is 3pm onwards, and check out time is before 11am.
This is a residential neighbourhood, so excessive noise will not be tolerated. Quiet times are between 11pm and 7am and guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum during these times, including TV volume.
Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, so please be careful with them. There will be a £50 call out fee for any keys left/forgotten in the apartment.
No smoking or vaping is allowed in the apartment or the building, including outside areas.
Guests will be fined £500 if found to be smoking in the apartment.
Parking - The nearest car park is in Sainsburys, just across the road.
My property management team will be available 24/7 via email or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.
