As an alternative, we could contact another laundry company that can collect and drop off your laundry for an additional charge. Regarding the issue with the ice bucket, we're sorry to hear about your experience. This is surprising as we take cleanliness very seriously. We will investigate this matter further. Our automatic AC system is part of our eco-friendly service, which switches off three times a day. However, if you were not happy with this we are always advising to contact reception, and we will help you on this. Regarding the wash/face cloths in the room, we don't offer these items but we can certainly provide extra towels upon request.Our housekeeping schedule, is every two days.
