ロケーション抜群で観光に便利な場所にあります。スタッフも丁寧で大変良いです。お風呂の排水が弱いのは建物が古いからしょうがないのでしょうか。いずれにせよ、高級な雰囲気を味わえると思います。

家族で5泊快適に過ごせました。スタッフの方々は非常に丁寧に接してくださり、何と言っても部屋からのロケーションが最高！朝食もとても美味しいお料理ばかりで毎朝楽しみでした。今回は2度目の宿泊でしたが、次回もこちらにお世話になりたいと思います。

You can go anywhere in London very quckly from the hotel location. The entrance is a bit hard to find but once get used to, it’s very confortable. Noce service with friendly stuff. Excellent!

ウエストミンスター橋に近い部屋を希望したほうが良いと思った。

特にサービスなどで不満はありませんが、特段良かったところもなかったのですがこれは快適であったということでしょう。

部屋に居ながら窓の外はロンドン!

建物の外観も素晴らしく部屋からビッグペン、ロンドンアイ等を見る事が出来ゆったりとしたロンドンを感じられます。夜ホテルに着き近くを散歩しただけですがホテルの近くにロンドンの主要な観光地が有り1泊だけでしたが大変感動しました。

最高のロケーション

ビッグベンとロンドンアイが目の前、ウエストミンスター寺院もごく近くで、ロケーションが最高でした。交通の便もとてもよいです。

ハード･ソフトのギャップが・・・

場所は贅沢過ぎるほどの観光地のど真ん中ですが、一歩中のスペースへ進むと一気に静かになり、ロビーやフロントの落ち着いた雰囲気に浸る事ができます。鉄道駅へは気にならない距離ですが、頻繁に利用した地下鉄WATER LOO EAST駅は地下への移動もあり、意外と距離を感じました。スーツケースを持っての移動は橋を通ってWESTMINSTERの方がLIFTもあって便利でした。用意してくれた部屋はリニューアルしたばかり部屋のようで、白を基調として明るさ、広さがうまく感じられる空間になっていました。また、ｺﾝｾﾝﾄも多く助かりました。お湯の出なども全く問題なく重厚な建物に中にいる事を忘れそうなくらい、室内では快適に過ごせました。ハード面が良かった一方で残念だったのがソフト面。ゲストより先にエレベーターに乗り込む女性スタッフや何のためにいるのかわからない複数のドアマン、表面的で誠意が伝わってこない男性フロントスタッフなど、料金を考えると彼らの姿勢を疑う様な対応も目立ち、コンシャルジュと一部の女性スタッフ以外の対応には良い印象を持てませんでした。朝食やアメニティーも残念な滞在を後押しするかのような内容で、３日の滞在で日を追うごとに評価が下がってしまいました。重厚な建物、リニューアルされた部屋等のハード面は魅力的ですが、料金を考えるとソフト面が改善されない限り次の利用には気持ちが向かない滞在となりました。その後、システム的なヒルトンに滞在してこのホテルのチグハグさがより強く感じられました。

Big Benの川向の格調高いホテル

観光ポイントへのアクセス、LondonEye、BigBenの隣という立地、趣ある外観・内装、そして美味しい食事全て満足しました。特に親切・誠実なスタッフの対応は素晴らしいです。

サービスはすばらしい。

サービスはすばらしいですが、価格が非常に高いような気がします。ロンドンの物価にも影響するのでしょうが。

The cleanliness of the room was appalling for a five star hotel. Our first room was dirty with unknown debris on the toilet. We asked for a different room only for the front desk to try and sell me a more expensive room stating no equivalent was available and that we can wait to have to room cleaned. After much discussion, an equivalent room suddenly became available. Then day by day we were left w poor services with rooms poorly cleaned and minimal towel replacement. They even rehung a stained towel and robe that we had placed on the ground for replacement. The floor also had construction which we were not notified of at all with loose nails on the floor that we alerted the construction staff to without much action taken. I dont usually stay at a Marriott in the US and I will make sure I avoid staying at a Marriot internationally for this reason.

It was a good hotel. At first the hot water did not come out, but then later on it did and there were no issues after that. The location is amazing. The staff was nice. Wish they had more food options at the executive lounge though.

Hotel in perfekter Lage direkt am London Eye und dem Big Ben. 2 U-Bahn Stationen in ca 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Tolles Frühstück und hervorragender Service. Restaurant im Haus.

The staff went above and beyond for us. This was a bucket list trip for my youngest daughter who is terminally ill with Leukemia. Coming to London was a dream come true and having a warm and family like staff to make her feel special was so comforting to us all. We loved everyone especially the front desk manager. She was our favorite.

Wonderful!!

The Marriott County Hall is a wonderful hotel in a perfect location. Right on the river Thames, and at the Westminster bridge, it is centrally located to the tube, London Eye, a short walk to the West End for theaters and wonderful restaurants! And the staff was super!

Ótimo hotel, não gostei do café da manhã.

Ótimo hotel, bem localizado, só estranhei a entrada quando cheguei. Atendimento ótimo, quarto bom, espaçoso e vista linda! Só não gostei do café da manhã que era a la carte, o que dificultou e limitou bastante as escolhas, ainda mais com crianças, podia escolher 1 prato frio ( como salada de frutas) e 1 prato quente ( como um bagel com ovo) sem poder repetir, só não gostei disso.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Very attentive staff, comfortable room, brilliant swimming pool, excellent breakfast (although would have preferred a buffet for everything other than the cooked breakfasts) and great location.

The location of this hotel is incredible as you are in walking distance to a number of London's greatest attractions. Breakfast was very disappointing for such an expensive hotel.
