Uncomfortable stay
The room was disgusting. The tables and desk were sticky. Bathroom smelt awful made me feel sick.

I have contacted Expedia for a refund for this as the room was inhabitable - dirty sheets, tissues on the floor and the ceiling looked like it would cave in

This property could do with some work like a fresh coat of paint, perhaps refurbished bathrooms too. Our room wasn't hoovered properly in several areas. For ataying one night, it wasnt bad, but in short, I could see why it was so cheap. The surrounding area was the best part.

Not for me
Rarely have I stayed in a hotel like this. The best part of it was the reception area, that was the cleanest also. Check in was fine, we were told there was no breakfast provided, we could get a voucher for a nearby place at a 20% discount, we did not get any voucher. After checking in I went to the lift to take me to the 2nd floor with my baggage, as I stood on the work out flooring in the lift it was impossible to see what floor I was going to as none of the lights worked when you pressed any of the buttons. I got out on the first floor and carried my bags to the next floor via the stairs. My room had a double plus 2 single beds in it. It had a "not fresh" smell, the bathroom was tiny, the shower also. Not sure when it was cleaned properly and freshly painted last. I booked the hotel based on the pictures I saw on Hotels.Com, maybe I stayed in the part of the hotel that's on the list to be decorated because I did not see any of those places during my stay

El baño estaba manchado, nos dejaron un hervidor para tomar té pero estaba inutilizable de lo sucio que estaba, no hicimos limpieza en la habitación y a una de mis acompañantes le robaron el teléfono y ellos se negaron a dar el número de los otros integrantes de la habitación para que ella pudiese contactarnos.

Dirty carpets, dirty bedding, dirty bathroom appliances, old food items from previous user left in cupboard, surfaces sticky, woken by shouting and doors slamming. Staff were accommodating and removed said food item after we found it. Surrounding area is busy with a large roundabout in constant use, for the price payed and location close to Wembley it is adequate for a one night stay but needs improvement.

Fenster liess sich nicht vollständig schließen = da dass Hotel an einer sehr lauten Kreuzung liegt, konnte man daher nicht schlafen. Die Dusche war schimmelig. Das Bad extrem klein. Der Duschkopf kaputt. Der einzige Stuhl war schmutzig und kaputt. Der Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht. Der Teppich war voller Flecken. Ausser der Deckenlampe kein Licht im Zimmer. Der Ventilator im Bad war laut wie ein Hubschrauber. Alles im desolaten Zustand.

Good stay
We had a family room and the main bed was huge and comfortable. Shower room was on the small side and looked like it was due some re-decoration. Everything was clean enough. We were visiting London for a concert at the O2 Arena and the hotel was ideally placed to drive to and then catch the tube directly to the arena.

Untidy Pictures make it look cleaner than it is. Dirty shower Blood stains on bedding Dust filled fan and wasn’t allowed to swap it for a working one Barely any parking area with large broken wall of bricks taking up parking space. Walls and ceiling looked like we were in a murder scene

Stayed here for a gig at Wembley and honestly the staff was amazing with help giving great advice on travel and then had gone out their way to find transport to the gig 🤘 thanks to all the staff!

Poor place to stay.
Hotel was pretty bog standard, claims to be a b and b but it’s just a room and bathroom - no drinks available(not even water unless from the bathroom tap) or food. the rooms are all in need of tlc very out dated and furniture very old. Rooms were cleaned ok, beds are solid. The smell of fags come up into your rooms. Poor ventilation, rooms are very hot. It’s ok for somewhere to get your head down but i wouldn’t stay there again - we had to move rooms on the second night due to flies/nats/mosquitoes all in our room as the housekeeping came in to clean and left the light on so when we came back it was riddled with them.

Wouldn’t recommend
It’s a really dreary hotel. Rooms are dirty. Shower really grubby. Feet hang off the end of the bed, even my 5 foot 7 inch wife. None of the tv channels worked. Only used the place as a sleepover before a football match at Wembley but I wish I hadn’t bothered. Nothing nearby either. Ended up in Nando’s for our dinner. Then went back to the hotel and tried to get to sleep. This was difficult as there was people talking for hours at the back of the hotel. Till early hours. Awful stay

The area has probably gone downhill over the years. The hotel is attractive in parts but the parking area is poor and has weeds. The washbasin was cracked. There had been conflicting messages about breakfast with mentions of the dining hall, including in the room, but something about no breakfast in places. There was none.
