海外旅行でのホテルは、私の場合、足場がよいこと、昼間の仕事、見学等から戻り、近くにコンビニやスーパーがあり、ホテルでボーっと疲れが取れることが条件です。その意味では、いろいろなレベルのホテルの中で24時間体制でありながらリーズナブルで何の干渉もされないこのホテルはいいです。ただし、シャワールームが狭く、出入りに身体を細めなければならないのは残念です。また、湯の量は豊富なのですが、水の量が細かったのが改善されるといいですね。

階段が狭い、安かろう悪かろう、女性1人には困難かも
本館と別館があり、別館に泊まりました。エレベーターがなく階段なのですが一段一段の幅が狭く急な螺旋階段で、重いスーツケースの場合女性1人では部屋まで上げるのは至難の技です。壁も薄く隣の会話が丸聞こえ。部屋にあるトイレとシャワーが西部劇に出てくるようなパタパタ扉があるだけで、部屋と仕切られてなかったのが衝撃的でした。トラムの駅が目の前にあるのと、立地が便利なのを除いたら、良いとこないかも。

As an architect, I would love to get my hands on this historic building and transform it into the bijou hotel it's destined to become! Although my room was tiny, it had all the necessary amenities. However, the furniture and fittings felt quite tired. Despite the small size, I slept very well which was the main reason for my stay. The true highlight of my experience was the staff—they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and obliging, making my stay perfectly enjoyable Special thanks to Stasy, Lume, Irene and Poly!

Rooms are tiny, but that seems common in Europe. Staff was great, the breakfast was basic, but you can't beat the price (free). The rooms, though small, have everything you need. Nice neighborhood too.

All staff were lovely except one blonde mature woman on reception was unwilling to give me 2 towels during our 3 night stay, she was also very unpleasant to other staff, and didn't have the courtesy to say thank you or goodbye when we left, the room was very hot and suffocating, my son began coughing alot afterwards, very disappointed and never going there again.

Dear Dictine, sorry to hear that, the morning time we provide you extra towels on your request with the nice manners, we do not change linen every day it is a policy, heating is on, London weather is cold this days and we want our customers to feel comfortable, there radiators knobs which you can switch off and on by your self.When you were taking your luggage late afternoon, all of us were wishing you to have good journey.

It was close to Earl's Court tube station and easy to find. Check in took less than a minute. The room was clean but cosy rather than spacious. The ensuite was could not comfortably be used by 2 people at the same time. I liked reception being staffed 24 hours. This was reassuring. Breakfast had waitress service. It was also generous in the variety which was on offer.

Staff were lovely upon check in. Room was standard for what you’d expect for the price in London. Would definitely stay here again however I would book direct with the hotel as the receipt I was given showed that the actual price was £15 cheaper and breakfast was included. So I wouldn’t book through Expedia again for this reason.

I have to say, the staff is exceptional. The condition of the property though…. Lobby and public areas are absolutely fine. Our room… well, stained box springs, loose floor tiles in the bathroom, mildew in various places throughout, peeling finishes on the furniture. In desperate need of a deep clean and update. That said- again, the staff was lovely, if you are need of a place for one night, you could do worse. Well located.

We arrived after midnight, causing it to be much too late to do anything about our room. There were dirty towels in our closet and dirty spills down the wall. The front desk said nothing when we. Roughy them the dirty towels. When leaving in the am for breakfast, we found that we had to surrender our key anytime we left the building. Upon return, we found the staff had been in our room to remove a stool. That would have been ok, except, they then knocked and opened our door to gain entry even though we said no. They just wanted to return the stool was the excuse, and proceeded to barge in. This hotel has a NO REFUNDS policy. We left after one night and found a very nice hotel elsewhere. When reaching out to the staff about the filth and interruptions, they said, “we were just trying to return a stool.” They then said to reach out to our booking agent. The lack of disregard for their patrons was amazing. I would give negative stars if I could. DO NOT STAY at HOTEL OLIVER.

Hotel Oliver is lovely, and you really can't beat the location. The property is cute & quirky. If you don't come with grand expectations of a 5 star hotel, you should be pleasantly surprised. The room wasn't nearly as small as expected given the price and the location. The beds were comfy and the place was clean. The staff were absolutely delightful, very helpful and even let us stick around for a cuppa after we'd checked out. I couldn't recommend Hotel Oliver more.

The Hotel Oliver is conveniently located to bus stops and about a .3 walk to the tube. Lots of Pubs and dining near by. The staff were super nice and helpful. Great place to stay for a few days.

Affordable good stay.
You get what you pay for. Clean beds and Good breakfast. Old rugs and cracks in the tiles in the bathroom/shower. Elevator working and close to subway. 5min walk.

Ok for one night
Was attending RAH and this was fairly close and inexpensive.Room TV is additional cost bizarrely.Room was small for two double beds.Divan beds showing age and poor condition.No plug points at head of bed.Had to borrow extension to run my CPAP machine.Breakfast was good.Would not stay more than one night.
