安宿の状況、何もないし歪んだベット。
バスルームには小さな石鹸のみ。シャンプーリンスボディソープも無い。古びたバスタオルのみ。ハンガーも無いし、デスクに引き出しもない。 何より悲しいのは、お湯が出ず出たら高温ですぐに水になる。日本で3,000円ビジネスホテルでお目にかかった宿。季節は暖かくなってたけどオイルヒーターの調節も出来ないから窓を開けて涼しくした。 4階の部屋は3階までしかエレベーターないから階段で上る。 これがロンドン市内でもかなり高額料金。それはチェルシーのスタジアムから徒歩で行けるから。確かに試合終了後、地下鉄に長蛇の列だから歩けるのは嬉しい。調べるとアールズコート近くにもホテルはかなりあり、もう少し遠くてもそちらを探されたい。

Structure très ancienne. Pas de travaux de rénovation. Le simple porte papier toilette était casse, le rouleaux tombait par terre à toute utilisation. Pas de crochets pour les serviettes. Ascenseur petit, propreté des lieux discutable. Le parking autos n'est pas géré par l hotel.

The experience of living here for 3 nights has (finally) come to an end. The room and the whole building was really dirty: there was dirt on the floor, smell of smoke everywhere and, last but not least, the bin in our bathroom hasn’t been emptied (you can imagine by yourself what we found). The amount of dirt in the bathroom was indefinite. Check in and check out could be described as “self” since nobody asked for an ID when we arrived and left. The only real advantage was the position: it’s really close to the underground station West Brompton. Best of luck to anyone is going to choose this hotel!

The night we arrive they gave us a terrible room, seemed like they improvised the room! The room was dirty, main door wasn’t closing properly, paint and wallpaper were coming off and the ceiling was full of fungus!!! Everything about it was terrible!!! Also at the reception they refused to change our room because “they were fully booked”. Hallways and elevators are so small, dirty and smelly! The pictures showed on the website are not quite accurate to the reality!! The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Other than that it is a garbage bin! So disappointed

The pictures for this hotel are misleading!! The paint was peeling on the walls, the beds were something from a prison movie, the TV was a computer monitor with some tape on it for some reason, and the bathroom as well as the entire room was so small and cramped. I cannot stress enough...do not stay here unless you are used to these types of conditions!!!!!!

It was cheap and well located. I slept ok but it was not that clean and lots of broken things etc. if you are happy in a basic room that’s cheap then go for it. I would stay again for price and convenience only

I don’t know what to say other than the rooms were filthy, black dirt across the walls. The wall had what looked like spit marks near the doors with the shower not working. The mirror in the bathroom was cracked all the way from top to bottom. The bed was a metal framed nightmare. The hallway was full of dirty linen with the doors throughout the corridors were so stiff it needed 2 people to push it open. All for the price of £150 a night? They were not interested in anything we said. Just a bad place to stay.

1.The hotel was shabby overall, including the corridors and rooms, 2. Room was too hot as couldn't switch off the heaters. On opening windows, too much noise could be heard from road. 3. The toilet was dirty 4. Bathroom door couldn't be opened fully. 5. Uncomfortable bed 5 WOULDN'T VISIT AGAIN even if I get it free!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!! One of the worst hotels i had the displeasure of staying at. Id recommend paying 100 euros more for much better hotels. As soon as we entered the room, we were surprised by the state of the place. Looked like a room out of the 1980s. There was dried vomit under the bed. We didn't trust laying on the bed unless we were fully clothed.

Budget hotel needs maintenance
Couldn’t open door properly, as wardrobe/cupboard door right behind and the closer behind the door doesn’t allow it to open. The skirting is coming away from the wall. TV remote missing the back and power button doesn’t work. Floor boards loose would move, Only 1 plug at the desk nothing near the beds. Beds are incredibly uncomfortable, laying on it doesn’t feel like there’s any support. They charge to store bags cause the rooms are shoeboxes. Over all it’s a budget hotel that’s been neglected. When I arrived there was no one on the desk, had to call a couple times when a staff member wandered out from lifts watching something on their phone. Sides behind the desk were covered in stuff including dishes not the best impression.

Badeværelse. Løst toiletbræt, løst brusestang, som faldt ned. Larmende toilet hele døgnet. Koldt van, som først bles vaemt efter 1 min. Foto fra netsiden, var flotte i forhold til virkeligheden, hvor der næsten ikke var plads.

There were guests in the room we were given. It by the most nosiest road. Room is very old with falling off decoration and the toilet was missing handles etc terrible state wouldn’t recommend it.

Good value for the money.
Good value for the money. Everything is functioning within reason. We had no issues and the staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and we had no concerns. It is not a high end hotel.

It was cheap so I can’t expect much but the rooms aren’t in great condition, and the guests were so loud all night. My room also stunk of weed and cigarettes. The location of the hotel is good it’s right near the station and town but just the hotel itself isn’t great but you get what you pay for.

Estado deplorable, no vayan.
Deberían sacar este hotel del catálogo, no es tan barato y las condiciones son deplorables. Los colchones ya no dan para más por lo viejos, las paredes rotas y descarapeladas, la regadera rota y muy pequeña, las habitaciones sucias, llenas de polvo, no las aspiran nunca, la primera noche nadie vino a limpiar la habitación y los pasillos con mal olor y llenos totalmente de basura y cobertores sucios. Lo rescatable es su perfecta ubicación a 20min de las atracciones principales pero lejos del bullicio del centro, el personal fue amable y al menos había agua caliente y funcionaba la calefacción. Mejor vayan al Ibis que está justo a lado.
