朝食付きで宿泊費はかなり割安だと思う。 観光スポットまでバスで行きやすく、バス停が近くて便利。 フロントの対応が丁寧でフレンドリーで良かった。 スーツケースでエレベーターなしの4階は女性には少し辛かったですが、それ以外は価格を考慮すると満足でした。

部屋は比較的に綺麗な方だと思いますが、 隣の部屋の音、外の騒音が気になりました 通りに面しているのでバスには乗りやすかったですが、レストラン、スーパーが少し遠く感じました 地下鉄の駅付近まで出たら沢山あるので、 そこで済ませたら問題無いかなという感じです 女性は利用しにくいですね

Bed linen needs to be updated and carpets in corridor cleaned. Walls too thin if you have noisy guests.

When we arrived our room was clean but it smelled like a sewer. We opened a window and by the second night it was better. I cut my foot badly on a rusty nail on the threshold to the bathroom. When I told the clerk about it and suggested they take care of it for us and the next guest he was relatively unconcerned but he took notes. It was still not fixed by the time we left and we had to keep a towel over the threshold for safety. Note parking at this place will cost $15 pounds each day.

It was a smaller room, but for the price in London it was a great deal! It was very clean, they came in everyday while we were gone and cleaned the room and changed the sheets every 4 days. Private bathroom which was nice, around a few restaurants/bars. Not too bad. But it sits right next to a bar which gets a little loud on the weekend. That is my only complaint.

Reasonably priced and in a good location. Beds were comfortable and room itself was nice. The lock on our door was extremely stiff, and we had no cold water in our bathroom. Otherwise a pleasent stay.

Decent value for central London but the very low water pressure in tree bathroom made washing difficult. Since this facility is a basic requirement of a hotel it’s pulled the rating down.

Es una excelente opción en Londres para visitar. No es central por lo que hay que tomar algún bus para conectar con los lugares turísticos pero las paradas están a metros de las instalaciones lo cual lo hace muy cómodo. Nos tocó una habitación exterior, pese a que no se podían abrir las ventanas, era muy silenciosa y tranquila, un muy buen descanso. Una excelente relación precio y calidad para hacer turismo por la ciudad.

Det var bland de billigaste hotellen vi hittade i närheten av London. Men efter att ha läst en del negativa recensioner blev vi lite oroade. Det visade sig dock inte vara några större problem. Vid två av duschtillfällena fanns det inget varmvatten. Den ena duschen gick sönder i ett av rummen. Sängarna och sängkläderna var helt ok, inom förväntningarna för 330 sek/natt och person.

It was OK
Pros: The room was a bit bigger than I expected, I think I was given the standard double instead of the small double which was nice. The room was clean, the TV worked, there was a fridge, hairdryer and complimentary tea and coffee. The gentleman on reception was lovely. Cons: the heating was on all night and the room was unbearably hot. There was no way of switching the radiator off so I had to open the window wide to let some fresh air in, unfortunately this meant putting up with the noise from heavy traffic and people outside because the room faces the main road.

Arrived to our room, bed was broken - slats all falling out the bottom of the bed. Explained to the receptionist who explained it was fully booked so could not move us and to contact after our stay. Mattress was constantly falling through the bottom of the bed and was not comfy.

Firstly this property is more a hostel than a hotel. The hotel advert is very misleading because this property cannot even qualify for 1 star hotel rating. One of the beds in the room had a leg that was almost breaking off. The reception area had a strong urine stench which I assume is from the bed in the reception room. I was charged for breakfast but there isn't any onsite dinning facility. The restaurant I was booked for my breakfast was about 10min walk from the hostel and even though it was clean and the guy cooking and serving was super nice there wasn't even a menu and we just got served a very basic scrambled eggs and bacon breakfast. I was not informed that parking has to be reserved so I could not park at the property which was the only reason I had booked in that area. The only positive about this property is the friendly staff.

The hotel itself had everything you need. Staff were friendly and helpful. I had to park up the road as on the website said you can book at reception I phoned just to check and all spaces were taken till the next day. Was hot in the room and the windows only opened up a little so couldn’t control how hot I was.

Good Points: the price for the area was ok. the staff on reception and cleaners were very polite. the ensuite seemed clean and warm - it had the only radiator for the room. Bad points: The room was not warm, it didn't appear to have a radiator and the bed was not comfortable no soap in the bathroom and no sanitary bin in the bathroom either. no plug in the bathroom sink. The hotel has an arrangement with a local pizza restauarant for breakfast - you get a voucher to take with you to the restaurant, the restauarant is about a 6 minute walk along the road. the coffee I had was adequate, the tea my partner had was abismal. as for breakfast itself, there was no choice, we were asked if we would like bacon, I asked for toast. when it came out it was barely toasted and appeared already soggy, I asked for butter, but the person serving breakfast did not seem to understand what butter was so I asked for an egg to be added to mine instead, my partner asked for beans, we both got beans, the beans themselves, I think were held in the vinicity of a small lightbulb for 5 seconds and were barely above room temperature, I managed 4, maybe 5 mouthfuls of this before giving up. when we returned to the hotel and checked out I did say to the person on reception about the dissapointing breakfast and they did say it would be taken up with the restaurant.
