All areas are comfortably furnished. You will have access to 1 car parking in the driveway. Our space is conveniently located a few minutes walk from the grocery store, pharmacy and a Home Depot, and <5 minute drive from the Masonville mall.

The space
Spacious house with 2 bedrooms, a living area, and a full washroom. Our space is modern and offers comfortably furnished areas with all the amenities you need for a short stay or a long one.Private entrance with a smart lock, and smart smoke detectors.

Entry is through a smart lock with keypad. Our main living room is striking with tasteful teal colour theme, comfortable seating and a 55" tv.

We offer a microwave, a breakfast table and a coffee station offers a Keurig do machine. For your convenience we provide a shared laundry area and a mini fridge.

Our master bedroom has a comfortable king bed for your convenience. Second room offers a comfortable brand-new queen bed.

Guest have access to all areas except some closets market private and laundry area is shared.
