フレンドリーな笑顔と親切な応対が印象的。。
フレンドリーな笑顔で親切な応対が心地良かったです。リピートしたくなる対応でした。部屋からの眺めも良く清潔で、日々のクリーニングもしっかりしていました。設備は近代的でしたが、シャワーは少々使いづらいように思います。居室にある洗面台が小さめで、バストイレスペースに予備の洗面台があるといいかもしれませんね。総じて良好でした。

citizenM is a clean, comfortable, and modern hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It is located just around the corner from Victoria Station making travel in the city easy. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a super cool trendy hotel that is tricked out to the max with technology and Innovative interior design, which includes super art that is everywhere. The coolest touch was arty video in the elevators. I will look to at these properties every time I travel.

The location near Victoria Station was perfect, making it easy to launch off to other areas of London. The room is not big but what we needed to sleep and get cleaned up. It is not a room to hang out in due to the small size.

Great place to stay with easy access to main train station, the Underground, shops and theatres. It has a young vibe and uses iPads to Check in, control your TV, lighting etc which is great as long as your iPad works! Mine needed a reboot but the staff were very kind and helpful and showed me how to use it. Overall a very good experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others

Excellent place to stay if you are transiting via London or short stays. Great hallway, foyer. Brilliant staff and friendly environment. Very clean and tidy.

Overall an OK hotel. However rooms are way too small. Bed was against three walls. Very small area to move around and put things and luggage up. Perhaps for one guest but complicated for two.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good but the room was tiny. I knew it would be small but it was smaller than a cruise ship room. If you are travelling as a couple you better be comfortable using the facilities in very close proximity to your partner. There are no secrets in this room.

On the other hand, our rooms might not be the biggest but not always in the largest rooms you have the best comfort. Our rooms hold no secret ahah that is good way to put it, however, if you want you can play around with lighting if you want to make the transparent shower more comfy to use. Good - the location, price and cleanliness. Not so good - the decor and design is aimed at the under 30s and the room itself reminded me of a cabin on a cruise ship. Bad - having to use an IPad screen to operate the TV and lights. Very inconvenient and a great way to spread diseases.

The rooms are amazing, very modern and stylish. The beds are very comfortable. The noise level is pretty quiet however you can still hear sirens if theyre passing. The blackout feature is very good also, not much light creeps through. Only let down was that i needed to get staff to change pad charger as it was faulty which meant i had no access to any room features, but they did so quickly once i reported. Thr shower tended to drip throughout the night also. However Cialio was amazing and made us feel very welcome on arrival. If it wasnt for these small issues it would've been a 5/5

Love the techy quality of this hotel. Lots of fun gadgets like the in room Contol tablet that let's you change the color of your bathroom unit. I chose turquoise. You can also control the curtains, blinds, lights and tv with your tablet. The room was very clean. A bit on the small side, but that's pretty standard in the UK. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are a few downsides. The shower water temp is only 40°C. Which was kind of lukewarm for me. Also, they dont have a lot of food to order for an evening meal. I wanted dim sum one evening and they were out of it. The breakfasts, however, are terrific with lots of variety. I especially enjoyed the croisants, eggs, ham and bacon. Lots of variety to choose from. So overall, I hihly reccp

Very unique hotel compared to other traditional chains I’ve stayed in. Very clean with great room amenities and the staff was fantastic. Only downside is the rooms are very small and so with more than 1 person it makes the quarters kind of tight, especially if you were to have more than one suitcase, but the bed is very comfortable.
