一階だとエレベーターに乗らなくても良いので便利だが、半地下のような眺めになる。時差ボケで早く寝ていたので気になりませんでしたが。 浴槽ありの部屋でしたが、お湯が溜まりにくい。シャワーからの方が早く溜まった。 広めの部屋でしたのでスーツケースを広げることができた。また、冷蔵庫があり便利だった。

素敵なホテル
周辺に地下鉄の駅やバス停があるので移動に便利です。部屋もとても清潔で、2人での滞在には十分の広さでした。帰りはヒースロー空港からのフライトだったのですが、ホテルから空港まで提携しているタクシーで移動することができました。 廊下が狭い印象がありましたが、荷物は運んでいただけたので不自由はなかったです。ハイドパークの近くということもあり、静かに過ごすことが出来ました。

かわいらしい部屋
娘の留学先があるので宿泊しました。駅からは徒歩圏内であり、近くにはレストランやショップも思った以上に有りとても便利な場所です。スタッフがとても親切フレンドリーでチェックインから印象がとても良いです。部屋はシングルサイズ3台でもまだ余裕の広さでとてもかわいらしい部屋でした。朝食はコンチネンタルと3種類からのプレートも選べてとても満足しました！又次回宿泊の機会があれば、宿泊したいです！

Waren schon öfters in dem Hotel und wieder war es ein toller Aufenthalt. Zimmer waren groß und ruhig. Das Personal freundlich. Einzig beim Frühstück war es viel lauter und unruhiger als sonst, was aber an den anderen Gästen lag und nicht am Hotel selber

This is not my first day at this hotel, but unfortunately will be my last. The first room was like a sauna, the 2nd room, although the window opened, it was situated next to the kitchen extractor and so the room just smelled of cooking. The 3rd room have not been vacated by the previous occupants, and finally the 4th room, whilst cool, was on 2 levels with only an extremely soft double bed and a tiny shower cubicle. We left the next morning with back ache and shattered! On a positive note the foyer and bar area are very attractive, but unfortunately this does not resemble the rest of the hotel. Despite all of this, the staff were really professional and helpful.

Struttura bella e con personale molto disponibile. Vicino alla Metro e difronte ad Hyde Park. Peccato che la Camera che abbiamo avuto era all'ultimo piano vicina alla cabina dell'ascensore che era molto rumorosa e praticamente ferma solo per poche ore la notte (camera 606...). Non accettabile che un Hotel di questo genere abbia una sala colazioni non adeguata al numero di ospiti per cui, a seconda degli orari, bisognava sempre aspettare per poterne usufruire

In an ideal location close to Hyde park and pubic transport, this hotel offers a great breakfast services and rooms and quite clean and comfortable with a nice warm shower in the ensuite. Only a short walk to many public transport options such as Bus, Metro or hop-on, hop off bus service.

편안하게 쉬고 왔어요
깔끔합니다. 새로 리모델링 되었구요 다만 오래된 건물을 리모델링 하다보니 천장이 낮고 복도가 좁아요. 1회용 슬리퍼는 없으니 참조하시구요 침구류나 기타 설비는 좋았습니다.

Elegant hotell med god frukost.
Elegant hotell nära Hyde park. Vi bodde i ett rum för tre personer vilket gjorde att vi upplevde det rymligt. Två stora sängar med varsin TV med massor av kanaler. Ett badrum med badkar med dusch i. Tillräckligt med garderober. Frukosten var mycket bra med många alternativ, både engelsk och kontinental. Gym i källaren. Personalen var trevlig. Det fanns några restauranger i närheten. Det som inte var så bra var ljuset i badrummet. Det var svårt att sminka sig pga det. Det fanns en förstoringsspegel med ljus, men i vårt rum satt den på ca. 140 cm. höjd så man fick står böjd för att se något. Ingen hårfön. Det var dubbeltäcke i sängen, vilket jag har väldigt svårt för. Dessutom var det så tungt så det var svårt att ens lyfta det. Hade önskat ett singletäcke som var luftigare. Tunnelbanan var störande. Trots det övervägde det positiva och jag skulle gärna bo där igen. Vi tyckte att det var väldigt trevligt!

My expectations was higher
Got a room on lower ground level with no windows. The room was nice and big but you could clearly hear the trains with every single passing. Bathroom had cracked tiles, and carpet had seen better days. Something was off with the heating in the bathroom as well. I asked to change my room due to the noise from the trains and my request was accommodated. Small note that the direct dial to the front desk from the room land line did not work, forcing me to google the number and use my cell. New room was an improvement from a train noise perspective, but but sounds from the corridors was on the other hand more significant. Beds and pillows in both rooms was below average. Breakfast buffet was decent, but not particularly impressive.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. We dropped our luggage off in the morning as we had just arrived off the sleeper train from Inverness. The staff at Reception were super friendly and made us very welcome. When we came back in the afternoon to check in, we found to our great surprise that we had been upgraded to a junior suite! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely stay here again.

Thoughts
We have stayed here a few times and we were slightly disappointed this time. Our room was on the ground floor beside the cleaners cupboard and a set of stairs, and had the electric charging points for cars right outside the bedroom window which were used on both mornings we were there. So not the quietest of rooms. Also the throw across the bottom of the bed had a scorch mark in the shape of an iron on it, it would have been better left off the bed. We were out and came back late afternoon to get changed to go to a show but the cleaners had only just got to our room so we couldnt get in at that time which made us need to rush to get sorted and back out in time. The tea bags and milk pots in our room were not replenished during our stay which was disappointing. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would go back, these are just a few blips that could easily be sorted.

Kompensation!
Hade bokat två Executive rum över jul men fick bara ett till bekostnad av två. Klagade på detta och först hävdade receptionisten att jag fått två Executive rum men det köpte jag inte med tanke på bilder, kostnad och m2 yta och utseende fick ett standard rum!! Var fullbokat första natten av tre så vi fick sova en natt på standard men hotellet lovade att lösa det till dagen efter vilket den gjorde och kompenserade med ett väldigt fint, stort, bekvämt och rymligt rum. Bra och hjälpsam service överlag annars kommer gärna tillbaka!

Location is good bed is bad
Location was great for my needs. Short walk to Hyde Park to get an evening walk in and easy access to good restaurants. The bed missed the mark though. Mattress was broken so bad it felt like I was sitting on floor.

A mixed bag - the room was clean and the fitness center was adequate. However, the wifi was abysmal (I don't mean you can't stream, I mean you can't even connect to the weather or any maps apps) and it was quite a walk to most places if there is rain.

Good hotel clean near tube. Bathroom very small. Breakfast was limited more vegetarian options needed. But enjoyed the stay.

There was an awful smell of sewage from bathroom room 419 in fact any room on that floor , overheard another couple complain about the smell, because we had already changed rooms from arriving and we out all day we just put up with it closing the bathroom door at night, it was absolutely horrible . We decided to never book this hotel again.

This is right down the road from Kensington park and place. Easy access to Queensway and Bayswater tube stations. Walkable to Notting hill. The bell hop Hussain was amazing and very helpful.

Hotell med bra läge. Nära till bl.a Hyde Park och Paddington. Frukosten var helt ok. Hög servicenivå! Mysig terrass på framsidan av hotellet. Rekommenderar verkligen detta hotell.
