Secure in a gated ranch, the 183 Roadhouse provides a relaxing and peaceful environment for the whole family.

Once a BBQ restaurant, now converted to a charming and comfortable location for your stay.

Great place near Colorado State Park

Loved the amount of space on the property and the location was perfect for a quick trip to Colorado State Park (30 min. drive). Owners were very kind and the house was well kept. Very suitable for a small family.

A real gem sits nestled back in the liveoaks off Hwy 183 north of Lometa with immaculate landscaping, picnic tables, a giant outdoor chess set, and the cutest 3 ft pig you've ever seen. The home is immaculate and so lovingly decorated - and it feels like a home, not a house. Lori has done a wonderful job equipping the house with all the essentials plus some wonderful extras. A basket with snacks, water, and some great Lometa tumblers welcomed us. And the bed is beyond belief comfortable - we have stayed in 5 star hotels that didn't have beds this comfortable. We both slept delicious (as they say in the Netherlands)! We will most definitely book with Lori again, she is the cream of the crop of hosts!

Lometa visit

The property was perfect for our needs and just as advertised. The host was very responsive. A great home base to visit Colorado Bend State Park and area wineries.
