Located on the tranquil hill of Monte Contros, near the picturesque village of Porto San Paolo, Villa Kiki offers a breathtaking panorama over the Gulf of Tavolara. This exclusive villa with private pool can accommodate up to 8 people and features an infinity pool with hot tub, a well-maintained garden, and spacious covered verandas. The tastefully furnished interiors include 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, along with a fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends, Villa Kiki is the ideal place to explore the natural beauty of Sardinia. A car is recommended to reach the property.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION



The main entrance is through a gate that opens onto an internal courtyard with a green area, where you can park up to two cars in the covered area. A few steps lead to the villa entrance, surrounded by a well-kept garden and an infinity pool with a hot tub for four people. From the porch, you can enjoy a splendid view of Tavolara Island.



The living room, with wooden furniture and beamed ceilings, offers a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The villa, all on one level, features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The sea-facing veranda provides access to a spacious living room with a TV corner and sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and kettle. The large windows offer a unique view of the Gulf of Tavolara.



The sleeping area includes 2 double suite bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one room with two single beds (convertible to a double), and an additional bathroom with a shower. All spaces are air-conditioned, ensuring comfort in every season.

Villa Kiki is in a strategic location to explore the main attractions of the area. Porto San Paolo is just 1 km away, while Costa Smeralda Airport and the city of Olbia are 10 km away. Other nearby locations include San Teodoro and La Cinta beach (7 km), Porto Taverna and Porto Istana, and the beautiful beaches of Lu Impostu, Coda Cavallo, Cala Brandinchi, and Cala Suaraccia.

Villa Kiki

Sehr schöne Villa mit einem grossartigen Pool und toller Aussicht auf den Tavolara. Einzige Verbesserungen sind: a) Weingläser (aus Glas) wären zu begrüssen, b) eine Klimaanlage würde die grosse Hitze im Haus, v.a. abends, reduzieren, c) Sonnenschirme (Pool und Essbereich) fehlen und d) die Betten sind für grosse Leute (> 1.80m) zu kurz.
