Man kann nix aussetzen, nur das FeWo nicht alle Informationen vom Vermieter gesendet hat, aber da hilft der Vermieter weiter. Für unseren Hund war es ein Paradies, mit dem einzeunten Gundstück. "Our stay at Kinispa was fantastic- what a host! We arrived with our teenagers and young toddler to a home that was clean, welcoming and ready for our stay. We requested a highchair and pack-n-play- they were both there, clean and ready to use. The home is equipped with books and tons of toys for your little ones! "Gemütliche und komfortable Hütte in absoluter Ruhelage, umgeben von Wald und Natur, trotzdem gut erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Warmwasser, Heizung und Elektroherd funktionieren einwandfrei. Perfekter Ort für einen Kurzurlaub, um dem Stress und Stadtlärm zu entkommen. In der Umgebung gibt es jede Menge Wanderwege und Ausflugsziele. Für kalte und regnerische Tage wäre noch eine Sauna das Non-Plus-Ultra für dieses nette Häuschen."

"Overall, the property was very well kept. It’s clean and beds were comfortable. The only downside was they did not have shampoo and soap in the shower. The breakfast was decent not the best, but definitely not the worst overall and if you’re looking for an inexpensive place to stay at that’s clean I would recommend it."

Exceptional Service and Value—A Must-Visit Hotel!

"Absolutely brilliant hotel! The receptionist was incredibly friendly—one of the most welcoming people I’ve ever met, and his English was flawless. While checkout is a bit early at 10 a.m., he proactively offered a complimentary late checkout, which made all the difference on a long trip. The hotel exceeded all my expectations. I stayed one night as a stopover on a road trip and, though I don’t often have breakfast when traveling, it was included in the rate, so I gave it a try. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide selection of delicious options. Although I was just passing through Austria on my way to Germany, this hotel has inspired me to come back, stay again, and explore Austria more. Truly fantastic value! "

Nature escape, clean place & accommodating staff.

"We had the 3 bedroom apartment. The rooms are very clean, well maintained and the beds very comfortable. The only bother we had was the downstairs hallway lights programmed to stay on during the night, which is understandably for safety, but were a bit bothersome when someone opened the doors at night. Maybe a motion detector would be useful and more eco-friendly. Staff was super nice and flexible. We had extra requests and they were accommodated. "
