"We stayed for 2 weeks in one of the apartments for 2. The studio had everything you needed with a good sized comfy bed. The kitchen ( we had the studio with the separate kitchen) had a good size fridge . The pool area was lovely and our little terrace had lovely views down to the villiage...we would definitely return if in the area again but stay in one of the larger houses that are detached"

"The house is conveniently situated for us and is our 2nd stay be it only for a week this time but 3 weeks lasy year The house offers plenty of equipment in the kitchen (Apart from a kettle) but we have learnt to bring our own over years of staying in Spain and France. "Hemos pasado 4 noches en el Apartamento Risco Chico, nos ha encantado la decoración y el encanto del alojamiento, todo de piedra muy peculiar. La situación de la casa inmejorable, esta muy cerca de Trujillo,el pueblo muy tranquilo y bonito. Nos dejó Luis un bizcocho casero para desayunar que estaba buenísimo. "The Hotel was excellent, but parking is up through some very narrow streets and was full so had to go through thr old town to the public car park. The Hotel though is brilliant, clean, great pool, fantastic views of the castle and next to the town square with some excellent restaurants. The location is great to explore the town and cannot fault the location or the hotel. We had a great time and navigating the old streets was interesting. Get directions if you are driving before you go. "

"This is the second time I have stayed here, great deal. It is less than a minute from the monastery/main plaza of Guadalupe. Rooms are basic but not cramped, and amenities include fluffy towels, mini fridge, iron and ironing board, wall table perfect for laptop typing, hair dryer, soap etc, and both times I have had good views: town and mountains last June, and this time the monastery. I would certainly stay here again in the future."
