「予約時の外観写真とその料金から、高級リゾートホテルというイメージを抱いていたが、後味の悪い滞在となってしまった。 団体客を取りすぎているように感じる。 ・朝食時の食堂はほぼ団体客の指定席となっており、従業員に席への案内をお願いしたが結局見つけられず、食堂外のテラス席。ビュッフェスタイルで、料理は食堂の真ん中のテーブルに置いてあるのに、何故食堂から離れたテラス席なのか。食堂とテラス席を行ったり来たり。非常に不愉快な思いをした。 ・夜９時頃、シャワー使用時それまで出ていたお湯が急に冷たい水に。翌朝はちゃんとお湯が出たので、一時的な不具合かとも考えられるが、夕食を済ませた団体客が一斉にお湯を使い出したため、給湯設備が追いつかなかったのではないかと思われる。 団体客が大勢来ることはそれだけ評価されているということだと思うが、それに十分対応できる設備や接客ノウハウを整える必要があると思う。」

「I came to Ulvik/Villavik to see where my ancestors once lived and to walk where they once walked. The Handanger Fjord and all areas surrounding are amazing! Vallevik Fjordhytter, our cabin on the mountain was charming and peaceful and everything one could want! Paul was there for us if we ever needed anything or had any questions, very kind! I would love to return some day and if I do I hope to stay here again.」

「We have been to the cabin in Vallavik for a week at the end of August and enjoyed it a lot. It is a perfect place for excursions and hikes around the hardanger fjord. The view on the fjord and the bridge is really great.」

「Really great property in a perfect spot for exploring Voss and the surrounding area! The house is very well equipped, comfortable and cosy and the host was very responsive and helpful, and went above and beyond. Definitely somewhere we would stay again」

「Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter klappte reibungslos. Wir waren zu zweit. Das Haus ist für vier Personen angegeben. Das stimmt exakt. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal für eine Vielzahl von Unternehmungen: Wanderung zum Vøringsfossen, von Norheimsund mit dem Schiff im Hardangerfjord oder mit der 'Voss Gondol' in die Höhe - für alle ist etwas dabei.」

「Beautiful remote location about 20 minutes from Voss. There are two bedrooms down stairs, and two up. The main living space is open plan and very well stocked. We were coming from the states and could not bring our own linens so we bought linens and towels at Jysk in town for about $35 per person. The communication with the host, novasol(?) was not great and they need you to use their website to get all the details about getting into the house, but once we had that it was easy.」
