This was my 3rd stay in this apartment, I had to call them to get the check-in codes, the TV didnt work, I complained immediately but only after I reminded them, I received response on the LAST day… not good. But apartment is very good, and the location 2 minutes from Manufaktura is perfect. Plenty of free parking lots 2 minutes from apartment, and several high speed chargers for EV, also at Manufaktura. I will for sure book again.

Apartment was very nice and located perfect close to Manufaktura but still a very quiet apartment. I will for sure be back! However, Communication with the company is difficult, because you can only send email, they give you no phone number or any WhatsApp, so if something is wrong then you are on your own.

Never again. They should give full refund

Terrible company and terrible communication. I tried to get early check in and late check out, but they were not able to confirm anything in the very last moment. They dont care that guests are planning their time, the this company the customer is not imporant only thselves. On the day of arrival i received the code to the keybox on the door to the apartment, but the code to the main entrance arrived almost 2 hours after check in, I asked several times on the whatsapp channel - which is the only way to communicate with them, they didnt even answer…!!! Very bad! In the apartment there was no toilet paper, I asked where I could find it - again no answer… the next day they told that I should go buy it myself… very bad! There is a balcony, but no forniture there, so you can sit in the floor… bad! The tv in the bedroom was removed, and the tv in the living room had no channels, I asked to be guided how to find the channels… AGAIN no response… I have never experienced any worse communication than this, and I travel 120 days per year for the past 12 years. But this bad service beats anything, not even a cheap 2 star hotel in India is this bad… Sorry to say, but I hope that Expedia will take immediate action against this company, because it is really LOUSY service/communication
