Great for weekend break

Nice budget hotel in a great location. Our rooms had twin beds which were comfortable, kettle in room, modern bathroom. Great choice and plenty of food at breakfast Perfect for a weekend break

Hot time in the Old Town tonight!

This is a lovely hotel, but the advertising on the website is false. There is no air-conditioning. On a warm night, the room is sweltering. (Reported by all the members of my traveling party.) I wouldn't have complained if the advertising was honest.

The hotel is misleading customers, as it has been mentioned there is an air condition in the rooms. But they have to be accurate as not all the rooms has a/c. I have paid for 3 adults, but they provide me with a very uncomfortable portable bed with a thin mattress which I couldn't sleep comfortably. The hotel confirmed via email that my triple bedroom has a working air condition, but when I went there i felt i was fooled. There is no a/c . Temperatures was over 30C degrees. To me breakfast was basic and just okay .

Unfreundliche Rezeption

Ich wollte in dieses Hotel als Business einchecken. Dafür habe ich die Ust.-Id.-Nr.: benötigt. Diese hatte ich am Eincheck Abend nicht parat gehabt und es hieß, ich kann diese ohne Problem nachreichen. Gesagt, getan, am nächsten Tag habe ich diese nachgereicht. Als ausgecheckt habe, ist mir aufgefallen das die Firmendaten nicht auf der Rechnung sind. Auf die bitte dies bitte doch einzutragen, so wie es beim Einchecken abgesprochen war, hatte sich die Empfangsdame geweigert irgendetwas überhaupt zu ändern und verwies auf die Buchung. Dies ist mir in Polen noch nie passiert und das war definitiv der erste und letzte Besuch bei dieser Hotelkette. Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig, ich konnte immer an dem Abendprogramm meines Nachbarn teilhaben. Eine Nachtischlampe gab es, aber keine Steckdose, wo diese eingesteckt werden konnte, daher muss man immer aufstehen und zu Tür laufen, wenn man das Licht ausmachen wollte.

Hôtel de centre ville

À part la situation, à 50m de la grande rue piétonne et à 100m de l'arrêt de tram, je n'ai pas aimé l'hôtel : accueil à peine aimable, chambre sans aucun rangement possible, chambre pas faite durant tout le séjour, traces pas nettes sur la couette .... J'éviterai les hôtels de la chaîne CFI au cas où ils seraient tous pareils.

Świetna lokalizacja i miła obsługa

Bardzo miła obsługa i szybkie zameldowanie. Pokój spory z prywatną łazienką. W pierwszy dzień woda w butelce oraz herbaty i kawy. Świetna lokalizacja hotelu, bo tylko minutę od Piotrkowskiej. Pokój na poddaszu jest bardzo gorący i duszny, ale jest dostępna w klimatyzacja. Ściany są bardzo cienkie i słychać sąsiadów z drugiego pokoju. Na stronie jest informacja o codziennym sprzątaniu, ale przez 4 dni pobytu pokój ani razu nie był sprzątnięty, w szczególności śmieci.
