「Die Bilder im Inserat versprechen nicht zu viel - die Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer und der Terrasse ist grandios. Ein wenig getrübt wurde der Aufenthalt dadurch, dass ständig gelüftet werden muss, weil das Holzhaus sonst etwas muffig riecht. Dass bei dem üppigen Mietpreis der Strom noch extra dazukommt, ist etwas übertrieben.」

「Melfort Village is terrific. Beautiful setting and marvellous accommodation. There is a pool, tennis court, putting green, restaurant /bar (great food)and lots of space. The staff are great, enthusiastic and helpful.Walks in the nearby hills or to the lochs. The Village is well placed for access to the magnificent nearby scenery (but do not follow the receptionist recommendation as to how to get to the falls - the road is a nightmare and there is a longer but better way!). 「This is the second time we have stayed in walled garden.cottage no. 2. My two grandchildren love it but.I think maybe it could.do with a.wee freshen.up. On the other hand I cannot praise your customer service highly enough, especially one of your reception staff named Alwyn. She was the nicest , most helpful lady I have ever come across. I will definitely be back .」

「We extended our stay in Melfort village and were rewarded with beautiful weather. Upper Cooperage is a lovely comfortable apartment which now has an ensuite shower room as well as main bathroom. Everything we need is provided and the village is so peaceful and relaxing. All the staff are welcoming & helpful & the Monday music night was great fun. Recommend a stay here.」

「We have stayed several times at Melfort Village and always love it. Friendly staff, comfortable cottages-especially enjoy the log fires-and our dog is welcome although unfortunately the on site restaurant is no longer dog friendly.」

「The setting is idyllic in lovely peaceful surroundings, nature all around. The cottage is large, airy and bright and everything you could need was provided. Although quite a distance from Oban, the main road was pretty quiet and a pleasant drive. The pool was an added bonus, but the sauna wasn't working. We were there on the hottest weekend of the year, so didn't need the sauna.」

「We loved every minute of our weekend at Melfort. ..so our dog Bailey.the location is stunning and peaceful, the cottage we were staying was so clean and provides everything you need and it is so cosy and warm.i cant fault a thing.the pool was great,the restaurant is a plus with a good menu and good prices with super friendly staff.we loved ,loved the place..we cant wait to be back.thank you」

"客室:清潔で設備も新しめで良かったが、ちょっと狭い。日本のビジネスホテルより狭い。基本寝るだけなのでいいけれど、衣類掛けがカーテンの外だったり、荷物の整理をするのに少し不便に感じた。 スタッフ:会わなかった。 ロケーション:大型の駐車場が目の前で便利。地図上はフェリーターミナルの目の前だが線路があり回り込まないといけないので、期待したより時間がかかる。街自体がこぢんまりしているのもあるが、観光スポット、レストラン、カフェ、スーパーなど徒歩圏内にあるので便利。 その他:2泊したが、2日目観光して部屋に戻ってきたら掃除してくれていたようで、机の上に置いておいた水筒代わりのペットボトルが捨てられていた。掃除してくれたことには感謝しているが、Do not disturb の札がほしい。"

"シングルで予約してましたが、当日アップグレードして下さりめちゃくちゃ広いお部屋に。 浴槽もあって、シャワーで充分と思ってましたがせっかくなのでとお湯に浸かり、旅の疲れを癒しました。 朝食会場も広く、朝食も美味しい。 チェックアウト時、火災報知器の誤作動？がありましたが、スタッフさんが宿泊客への周知、誘導をしっかりされてて、安心して泊まれるなぁという印象でした。 総じて素晴らしい滞在でした。ありがとうございました。"
