We had a great stay. The pool was fantastic. Lo de Marco is such a nice quite town. Really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful apartment!
My kids loved the pool and short (3minute) walk to the beach! Host was kind enough to let us in before checkin time as we arrived earlier than anticipated and exhausted and disoriented in the heat of the day. They also responded quickly when we needed new password for a stronger WiFi connection. They never responded when we asked to leave our luggage inside the gate for an extra 2 hours while we waited for our airport transfer, but since we’d arrived early unannounced and they’d already accommodated us on the front end I’m not surprised. If you’re not down with roosters crowing intermittently starting at 3am, this is not your place as they can be heard even with windows closed. We didn’t mind it as it felt like “true” Mexico to us. Would be a great spot to rent all three floors with multiple families/extended family! No one was in either apartment above or below us until the last day of our stay so we had pool and garden to ourselves. I imagine that might have changed our experience if we’d had to share the small pool and patio area with two other families we didn’t know.Loved the simplicity and elegance of the interior - tile and linens were nice. Kitchen was perfect for us and rooms felt very spacious. Small grocery market right around the corner, restaurants too. Loved contributing to local Mexican families/community vs wealthy foreigner resort vibes. We’ll be back!
