Spacious, beautifully decorated two-bedroom apartment is the perfect place to stay when visiting the green capital of Europe – Ljubljana. Superb location right in the City Centre with only 5 min walking distance to the main bus/train station, attractions & car garage next door.

This comfortable two-bedroom apartment has just been newly reconstructed, finished in December 2019 and is a perfect getaway for up to 4 people, coloured in the shades of white and gray.
It is a part of a famous building, located on “Bavarski dvor“, right in the city centre of Ljubljana, with walking distance to all points of interest in Ljubljana.
The kitchen offers a fridge, a cooker, coffee machine, water heater, toaster, food blender and all other necessities. Coffee and tea are also provided along with some other basic kitchen ingredients.
We also provide fresh linen, towels, bathrobe, a hair dryer and shampoo. There is a fast wi-fi connection. Please note that due to technical problems, the TV reception will not work until approx. mid January 2020.
We have two apartments in this building, both next to each other.
The underground garage where you can safely park your car is just next to our building (parking not included in the price). The garage has a direct entrance to our building.

Appartment close to the centre

Very nice flat less than 5 minutes' walk from the centre of Ljubljana. Luka gave us good advice about the car park next to the building. We had a very pleasant stay.

Stay convinient to train/bus station

Apartment was in short walking distance from train/bus station and only 5-10 minute walk to the historic area. Grocery store in the same building. Very friendly owner. Was a little hard to communicate prior, but he was very responsive when we arrived and allowed us to keep bags there past checkout.

Location, location

The apartment is very centrally located, 5 minutes to the Old Town, in a secure building. My only complaint is the fact that there's only 1 AC unit in the living room so it's stays pretty warm and also one of the most uncomfortable beds ever. Otherwise I recommend this place

perfect stay in Ljubljana...an amazing find

Luka's apartment is the perfect place to visit Ljubljana and for day trips. The secure underground parking is in the apartment complex. This place is right in downtown and everything is an easy walk away. Very safe even past midnight...we had an amazing time. the apartment is very tastefully decorated and has every amenity. Luka was always available for any questions. highly recommend

Personal opinions

Perfect and prime location inside city Ljubljana with a very short walking distance to Ljubljana main train station and bus station, grocery shop and restaurants. Air-condition perfectly cold, but the pillow were thick and hard, small shower area. Access to apartment was quite convenient with big stair case, rooms were clean and acceptable room size. Yes, I will strongly recommend to stay in with the price offered to me(value for money).

Ljubljana layby

Convenient location, easily accessed from central bus station, close to several supermarkets and some green parks, 600m from Stari Grad (Old City). Ljubliana has an architect Josif Plecnik tour, and roman ruins, walkable in about 2-3 days, but stay more so you can visit Bled and Postoijna. Beware shops are shut all day Sundays and many buildings and restaurants shut Monday so check ahead to avoid disappointment. Walk to Castle is steep but Ok if reasonably fit(I am 72), there is a cable-car and worth while for the panorama and to familiarize oneself with rest of city. Over-ful of tourists and Restaurants open late (to 10.00pm) . Wonderful churches, open air and fish market , bustling but quieter spaces also available. Some areas grungy and graffittied (like much of Europe). Overall, a wonderful and fulfilling experience

Gorgeous Apartment

The apartment was very attractively decorated and had all we needed for our stay. It was quite spacious and the a/c was quiet, though not as strong as most Americans prefer lol There were some thoughtful touches that were appreciated, such as coffee, a universal plug adapter & umbrellas. Theocation was good as well, with an easy walk to the center. The apartment lunks to an inderground parking garae & theres a littlecafe/pub at the entrance which was quite convenient. The only negative for us was the shower had no door so it was difficult to shower without getting the floor wet. There was a squeegee to push any water to a drain though so easy clean up! Lol If we make it back to Ljubliana we would stay here again. coffee and a universsl adspter

Perfect place, clean, nice, furnished of everything, central. Really recommended. Just go there, you will be very satisfied. Only one thing, which concerns Expedia: the information given by Expedia is not correct at all. They confirm the booking saying that the host will contact you, and that also their partner Vrbo will contact you. The host will not contact you, and Vrbo will, but with an empty email which doesn't work. It was extremely annoying, as in Vrbo email we couldn't see any information about the host. To see the information, we had to log in in Expedia again, and only at that point we could find the name and contact data of the host, and contact him to obtain the information about the check-in. The host immediately responded with all the necessary information.

10 min walk to Central Ljubjana

Pros: 10 min walk to center of Ljubljana and river walk. Spacious apt, but limited kitchen. Felt safe- 3 locked doors before getting in apt. Cons: Felt a bit like university student housing complex- nothing special, but does the job. Owner not proactive- I had to call while locked outside the building when I arrived to ask how to get in, eventhough I contacted him the day before because I had not received any information about check-in or check out. Bring your own soap, dish soap, and toilet paper if staying for more than one night.parking not included. Some dishes broken and dirty Overall, I’d say it was a good but not great place due to spaciousness of place and walkability.

Great layout in this roomy apartment. The parking garage isn’t free, but it is very convenient (it is under the building complex; once you figure the doors out, you don’t even have to go outside to get from apartment to car, super in bad weather). Location is terrific, with outstanding restaurants (Wonderland, also a taqueria) plus two grocery stores nearby. Less than a ten-minute walk to the river and Christmas market stalls.
Since other guests mentioned the lack of a shower curtain being an issue, we brought our own, along with a tension rod.

Great location to see everything in Ljubljana

This was a great place for seeing the city, close to the train and bus station, and within a quick walk to everything. It was also close to Tivoli Park, which has some wonderful green paths. Check-in communication was a bit late and caused a little anxiety; however, once contact was made, check-in instructions were easy and simple. We would recommend this apartment for anyone looking to see the city.

Very uncomfortable beds. No door or curtin on shower, therefore you had to mop bathroom floor after each shower. We are seniors. It was very difficult to find way into apartment and long way to haul our luggage.
