「Very disappointed with this hotel stay. For $325 per night the room was extremely dirty — there were stains on surfaces, dust everywhere, and even a dirty rag left by the door when we arrived.
The TV also wasn’t working. I called the front desk and was told someone would come fix it, but no one ever showed up.
Overall, the cleanliness and customer service were unacceptable. I would not stay here again.」

「The staff wasn’t there at check in. Room was unlocked with key in it. The floors were dirty and dusty. The Wi-Fi was unreliable. Also heard people in the room next to us talking/arguing.」
