Staff was very courteous; they were the best part of the trip. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Other guests on the hall were smoking pot all night; the smell seeped into the room and kept us up. Breakfast was terrible; stale bagels and stale muffins. Despite this, we would try staying there again.

A plus hotel

Went for a concert and a visit to Copperstown. The hot tub was great, excellent breakfast as well. Staff was very accommodating, anything we needed we got right away. Highly recommend this property will most certainly stay there on our next visit to Syracuse. A++

We came for the Nationals. The staff was very friendly. The rooms, 3 couples had 3 king suites, were clean and spacious. Picnic tables with a pond view made it nice to sit and relax after a long day of walking. Even with having a showcar and truck and trailer, there was safe parking.

Location was great. Ample parking. Friendly staff. The bed was comfortable. The room smelled damp. The faucet in the sink was almost impossible to rinse your hands. The shower curtain kept sliding down getting water all over the floor. Carpet looked worn.

I originally booked a room with a jet jacuzzi tub. When we got there, we were told it was broken. Thankfully they upgraded us to a king suite for no additional charge, but I was really bummed about the jacuzzi. The bathroom in the suite was just a regular hotel bathroom. Breakfast was good the next day, and the staff was kind.

A good example of “you get what you pay for” room and lobby area clean and neat, staff were mostly friendly. Customer service is a bit sub par but maybe it is a more affordable option because they employ less staff for guest services?

The hotel room was decent however, the bedding was dirty, and when asked to replace our comforter, we were told it could not be brought up to us because made service was not running, even though there was a maid cart sitting in the middle of the hallway down from my room. And when went down to collect a new comforter and intern they did not have any and could only provide a blanket, and the continental breakfast was lacking very small and very few options. Staff was friendly and pool area was clean, which was a bonus.
