The most things I like is the cleanliness of the room and the easy communication with the hotel staff. I would highly recommend though that they should list the amenities in the rooms which are not listed when you book the rooms. I had to send asking if they have hair dryer and iron or not because they were not listed along with other facilities I found in the room when I checked in. I highly recommend the place.

From my 1st contact with Damian (reception) He explained the process and followed up with a clear, how to find Pembroke s. The room, bathroom kitchenette was 1st vlass. Lovely towels, hot shower.

As we were arrive after 1700, we received an emailed on how to get into the property. The instructions were easy & clear to follow. All areas were up to date and very clean. Very good security. Felt very safe. Could hear some noise from the road but not from other guests. Most things are within a 30 minutes walk House keeping and tea coffee ect.. replenished daily. Well equipped with other things like iron hairdryer microwave kettle etc.. We had breakfast inbekas cafe which serves breakfast pastries patisseries very fresh. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay. Much better then staying in a travelodge.

Cannot praise the venue enough. Clear communication about late check in. Friendly welcome, lovely accommodation and easy walking distance to lots of local amenities. Would highly recommend.

Location is great - close to the shops, cafe and Liverpool Limestreet Train Station all are within 2-10mins walking distance. Room is clean and spacious. Check-in and check out is convenient and easy.

Great stay. Granted we did not spend much time at the property as we checked in, went out and really just used the place for somewhere to sleep. It was however very clean, tidy and comfortable. For a fold down bed, it was surprisingly comfy, the kitchen was useful and we certainly enjoyed to free refreshments. Staff were friendly, helpful and super welcoming which is always nice and the property is very secure which made us feel safe. We would absolutely stay here again and have no complaints as a whole.

I really loved being at Pembroke and will surely return. Neat environment, lovely and tidy studio apartment with amazing furnishings. So cozy and comfortable with complimentary refreshment. Definitely a good place to be!

The guys on Reception are always top dollar. My Portuguesa Housekeeping lady is lovely. The Apartments are always very clean and well equipped; to a much higher standard than many of the City's midens.

I wouldn’t stay here during the summer. It is unbearably hot and you can’t open a window more than a crack to let air in. There is a fan in the room but this does nothing more than push air around - if we had a choice we would not have stayed as it was impossible to move around or sleep without sweating like no tomorrow.
