Charming Hillcrest Dollhouse?We arrived to find the wrought iron door falling off. Maybe from the storm the previous couple of days. The location was great but the property needed a good cleaning. From pubes on the towels and bathroom mirror to buildup on the air return vents. I appreciate the property being pet-friendly but the backyard had a lot of poop from previous guests. Would not stay here again.

The property is clean inside and is safe while providing a handy start to shop and get food. Not only is the mall literally two blocks away, Starbucks is within walking distance as are great a Mexican restaurant and Chinese take-out. If you decide this is for you, a couple of suggestions. First, although the look from the curb might cause you to pause(yard isn’t kept, carport is muddy, and siding needs power wased) the inside is what the pictures show. Next, don't expect the mattress in the room.with the tv to be good to hour back. Instead sleep in the room with the backyard door as the mattress is better. Last, the sofa is very worn and uncomfortable. Sit on a pillow if you plan on watching tv.Enjoy your stay as it is very handy and easy for getting something or somewhere.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient.

This was my second time to stay at this location while in town to visit family. The beds and bedding are clean and comfortable and the house was very clean. The location is convenient amd we enjoyed walking around the war memorial area and to the shops and restaurants in hillcrest. The house is on a dead end street so it was vert quiet.

Great little place in a convenient location

We stayed for two weeks while waiting to close on our new place. The host was responsive and helpful. The home is on a quiet little street but also just a short block from restaurants and shops. Sleep soundly in a comfy bed, wake up, and walk to Starbucks for a latte in the morning if you choose, though the house has its own Keurig.

Cozy House Near CHI St Vincent

When we first arrived, the biggest thing we noticed was the neighborhood. There were some newer residences on the street, but this wasn’t one of them. Once we entered the property though it was obvious that the house was going to be perfect. The beds were comfortable, the HVAC was great, and the amenities were ample. Communication with the property host was excellent! Any questions we had were answered promptly and professionally. Ultimately we had to move houses due to our family member needing to stay longer at CHI St Vincent. We selected another VRBO close by and it happened to be managed by the same host. Upon talking to the host, he coordinated for a late checkout and early check in for the new property. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend this property!
