Great combustion heater for winter days (although took some time to heat up area).House is great but showing its age a little and decor could be updated. Only having one living area and one bathroom is not ideal for larger families but was perfect for us. "

"To say Beachaide is the best location in Coffin Bay is an understatement. This property will let you unwind and really find yourself again. It really is that special."

"We felt incredibly welcomed to this property as a family with a small child and a big dog. It’s the first holiday house we’ve been to where they have everything including a cot, prams, high chair, baby toys and baby books. They even had kid friendly crockery, safety locks on kitchen drawers a stool for kids to stand on for the basin and baby gate around the fireplace! Dog wise it was just as friendly, back yard is fully enclosed without any gaps, there was a very large crate under the verandah as well as a dog house if that’s what your pup prefers. For us we only needed to use the main bedroom, but both that and the lounge appeared to have been recently painted with newish carpet on the bedroom floor. Some of the other rooms are obviously next in line for a refresh, but they were all very clean and functional. We felt at home. We loved being able to have meals either inside or outside (both with big tables) and the deck could be closed off to the stairs to keep it toddler safe. Contact with the property manager was easy as well, with very prompt replies to the few questions that we had.Overall an excellent stay in Coffin Bay, we would be very happy to return if we’re ever in the area again!"

"Was very disappointed with how dirty the accommodation was. Fridge and floor hadn't been clean. A lot of glasses and plates in cupboards were dirty. Several of the glasses had cracks. The house had not had a descent clean in along time, lots of spider webs and the windows were filthy. Has potential to be a cute little shack in a great location. Yard was great, deck was lovely. BBQ was nice and new. "
