「The room was very disappointing- tiny, no window, and glass see through flooring (very claustrophobic). These room characteristics had to be properly explained on the website. The check in was difficult, as the text said the staff is available only until 4pm, and they didn't respond to messages asking for later check in. Texts about bad room were also ignored. The only good part was the service was nice.」
