Very difficult to communicate. It takes 24 hours for the property management to get back to you. And when you call them they do not pick it up.
The hotel.com website states the units have AC. But there is no AC in any of the units. It’s a miss advertising. One unit on the company website states AC but when we got a hold of the management to change our room to it they said it’s not AC it is a Fan Unit. We booked a unit based on AC and could not get our money back.
Units are also a bit old and moldy due to the humidity and no AC. Do not book in the summer or you will be disappointed.
