朝食が充実していて美味しかった。 洗面所、お風呂もゆったりしていた。 立地、周辺も便利だった。ただ周りにあまりお店は無かった。

坂が少ないエリアで立地が良く、周囲においしいレストランやカフェがたくさんありました。朝食は種類は多くないけれど、おいしくて良かったです。お水が置かれていなかった日があり、外で購入しました。

立地はよいが騒音がひどいホテル
本当にずっとカツカツギシギシと足音等が聞こえてうるさくてうるさくて。 隣の人がいなくなると収まるが、夜帰ってくるとまた丸聞こえで、目がさめる。 ずっと音楽番組を流していた。 本当に勘弁して欲しかった。満室らしいが、フロントに言いかけても流されるし、多分いつも言われているのでしょうが、宿泊できる状態ではないと思う。 ドアマン・ベルボーイは親切で感じがいいし、ホテルも品がいいのにもったいない。

ポサーダ！
リスボン旧市街のバイシャ地区、コメールシオ広場の側にあり立地は抜群です。今回の旅行の目的の一つがポサーダに泊まることだったので、とても満足しました。

交通、食事、買い物、散歩に便利
立地がとても良く、メトロの駅くらは5分程度、市電やバスには2分もあれば充分です。出ればすぐそこがコメルシオ広場と海が広がり開放感がありました。 ホテルの四階に宿泊しましたが、ホテルの部屋からは眺望はなく、屋上の共用のようなテラスに面しています。しかし、そのおかげか通りの賑やかさに反し、静かに過ごすことができます。 バスタブはありませんが、バスルームも清潔で良かったです。バスルームは施錠はないので音が漏れるのが少し気になります。 夜、急にファドの聞けるレストランが予約できないかフロントに尋ねたところ、迅速に予約とタクシーの手配をしてもらえました。翌朝もどうだったか尋ねてくれ、とても気持ち良く対応してもらえたと思います。

観光に便利な立地
中心部にあることに加え、市電と地下鉄の駅が近く、どこに出掛けるにも非常に便利でした。 また、徒歩の範囲内でも見所も多かったです。 ホテルの建物は歴史的な建造物ですが、部屋はリフォームされており清潔感がありました。 朝食も充実してました。

The hotel attendant was terrific. The staircase going to the second floor was terrifying. Not much light and dark purple rung on the steps.

Ein herzlicher Empfang. Familienzimmer sehr großzügig. Einrichtung modern aber auch mit vielen Antiquitäten. Frühstück wirklich sehr sehr gut...und abwechslungsreich. Am Geburtstag stand am Abend eine Flasche Sekt und ein köstlicher Schoko-Beeren-Kuchen im Zimmer ! Sehr aufmerksam. Vielen Dank !

I cannot say enough positive things about this property. Before I even got in the door - Claudio came out to greet me and grab my luggage. It was an absolutely positive experience and set the tone for an amazing trip. There are very few countries I say I would go back to visit but Portugal is one of them and I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Unbelievable location! Main sq of Lisbon. Great for city travel options all easily walkable and flat! Hotel says5* and small luxury hotel, and it certainly is! Staff incredibly helpful, knowledgeable efficient and friendly. In Lisbon the quality hotel of choice.

Really nice hotel? Location is smack in the city. Located right by the Commercial Square, Praça do Comércio. The staff at the hotel was very supportive and accommodating. Breakfast is standard included, at no extra fee. So don’t book it as an extra on any of the platforms. Rooms are spacious and well decorated. Note! The bathrooms are glass and visible from the bedroom. Not nice when sharing a room with friends. But there is a curtain to close it off. Overall great hotel.

This hotel was extremely comfortable and the food was delicious. It was very easy to check in and they went out of their way to arrange a private tour service for us for the day. The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot and easy access to taxis and tuktuks for touring. Plus everyone speaks good English! Total plus!

we've had many travels. we got to the hotel early at 12.15 check in was at 3.00 we got our room at 2.58 other guests were arriving and getting their room. Can only assume they wanted to give us a specific room which ended up being a long walk from the elevators tucked away on the 4th floor. first time ever that's happened in our travels must say the staff were very friendly and the location ideal.Very clean and good service would recommend it based on those facts but still wonder why they made us wait till 3.00 to get our room
