部屋をグレードアップしてもらい、大変満足のいく滞在でした。ウェルカムのワインとエッグタルトもありがたかったです。ひとり旅にはもったいないくらいの快適な部屋でよく眠れました。朝食もチーズ、ハム類が豊富でポルトガルのお菓子もあり、もっとゆっくりいろいろ食べていたかったくらいです。

目立ちませんが信頼度は高いホテル
ROSSIO広場から徒歩３分程度。大型ホテルのムンディアルの裏側の路地を入ったところですので環境は静かです。不特定多数の人が出入りするようなホテルではありませんので、治安面も大丈夫だと思います。お店は近くにたくさんあり、いろいろ便利です。朝食は７時からです。品数はまずまずで美味しく頂きましたが、３日間とも同じ内容でした。ホテルマンは頼んだことはきちんとしてくれます。信頼度も高いと思います。

中規模のホテル。地下鉄駅から徒歩2分（あまりに近くて通り過ぎてしまったほど）。空港からも行きやすい。観光にとても便利な所に立地している。夕方、エッグタルトを差し入れてくれる。朝食もまずまず。地下鉄の通る音が聞こえるのは慣れればあまり気にならないはず。

観光には、ベストな立地だと思う。部屋もおしゃれでかつ清潔。スタッフもフレンドリー。早朝便のため、朝４時のチェックアウトとタクシーを依頼したが、しっかりした対応だった。で、全体的には満足。バスがなかったのと専用の充電コンセントが使えなかった（通常のコンセントから取れたのでホテルには言って無いが）のが多少残念。朝食は、７時からであったが６時半からを要望したい。

立地が最高で朝食がおいしい。
４階建てのホテル。外の道は古くて汚いんだけど1歩ホテルに入るとすごく奇麗。ドアマンが笑顔で開けてくれて、スタッフはみんな若くて親切です。フロントまわりもオシャレな椅子などが配置されています。ホテルの裏側はテラス席がありかわいい。部屋のスリッパがフカフカで履きやすくてよかった。朝食は1階のレストランで7：00～11：00。パンもおかずも種類が豊富でおいしくしっかり食べました。フィゲイラ広場のすぐそばでロシオ広場も近いしレスタウラドレス広場も近いし、アウグスタ通りも近い。とにかくどこも歩いて行ける。立地が抜群です。観光がスムーズに無駄なくでき、リスボン観光が楽しくできた。また利用したいホテルです。

２回目でしたが、場所も便利で室内も明るく、広く大変快適です。スタッフの方も丁寧で居心地が大変いいです。リスボンに行くときはまた泊まりたいです。

中心部に近くて便利でサービスの良いホテル！
最初に到着した際に、部屋に着くと、リスボンでは有名なお菓子、パステル・デ・ナタをもてなしてくださいました。素敵なサービスですね。 ホテルは、街の観光名所や、地下鉄、空港バス路線にも近く、初めてリスボンを訪れる人には、オススメです。ただし、空港バスは朝は7:30スタートなので、早朝便でバスを使いたい方は、ホテルのスタッフに相談すれば、タクシー（20ユーロ）で、20分くらいで空港まで行けます。ちなみに、SIMカードが欲しい方は、近くにボーダフォンのショップもあります。 設備も行き届いており、シャワーも水圧もよく、バスローブ、スリッパ、コンディショナーなど日本のホテルと同等以上のサービスでした。 下のレストランの朝食も美味しく、夜は刺身やお鮨が楽しめます。海外の食事に少し飽きたら、オススメです。日本のビールもありました。 また、リスボンに来るときは、利用したいと思います。

Very clean. Great location with easy fast access to shopping and dining. Reasonable price!! There is some noise from the train that rumbles through the building but it did keep me from sleeping. Would stay there again.

Great busy location which is close to shopping and lots of options for food. Public transportation is very close by with decent options to get to taxis. Not that the hotel is above the subway and you can sort of feel it. It didn't bother me though even though we was on the 1st floor. What can I say about the staff? Super friendly, go out of their way to assist, top notch #1 in my book. Will definitely stay again next time we are back in Lisbon.

For the cost this hotel is fine and the staff did everything to make my stay comfortable. But I think it wise for others looking at Expedia to select a hotel that they know this. The hotel is located over a subway and the first room they gave me was literally over the subway which not only was loud but shook the water glasses in my room. They told me the subway ran only from 6am to 1am...leaving me 5 hrs to sleep? They said they would move me the next day to a quieter room which they did and it was much quieter.

Centralt hotel i Lissabon
Super godt dejligt hotel som ligger meget centralt i Lissabon. Personalet er meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden er god. Værelserne er flotte og godt indrettet. Et hotel som klart kan anbefales.

The hotel itself was lovely and staff were very friendly. The room was clean and had good amenities. Good choice of breakfast and great location. Very easy to get to/from the airport using the Metro. You could hear/feel the metro go past which was quite loud.
