It was close to transportation to the city centre. Parking was convenient and there were a number of great restaurants within walking distance.

I stayed for four nights with my daughter. We arrived early. They gave us the room before the check in, I was very happy with that. Our stay were great and staff were friendly and polite.

Easy walk to/from the train station. The Metro stop is literally outside the front door. Nice walk down to the harborside. Staff was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay in Lisbon.

Exquisite room, we were fortunate to have a balcony with lovely views, although traffic was noisy. Staff ver helpful and friendly. Breakfast offered many options, very good. Close to a subway and spermercado. Very enjoyable experience, Obrigada!

Het hotel is gelegen aan een druk kruispunt, hierdoor heb je heel veel geluidsoverlast. We hadden een superior suite met balkon, hier was het dus niet rustig zitten. Het bed stond voor de tv, dichtbij de deur. Je hoorde hierdoor de mensen op de gang en je kon geen tv kijken vanaf de bank. Er zaten geen deuren voor de kledingkast, en hing geen toiletrolhouder voor het ultra dunnen toiletpapier. 1 stopcontact bij het bed, geen usb aansluitingen. In het hotel is geen drankje te krijgen, geen vendingmachine voor een drankje of snack. In het cafe ernaast kun je ontbijten voor 14 euro, geen aanrader, kwaliteit is erg slecht. Eerst nacht ging alleen voor onze kamer het brandalarm af, receptie had niets door, kon het niet oplossen (na 45minuten) en we moesten elders de nacht afmaken. We hebben geen compensatie gekregen voor deze gebroken nacht. Andere avond was er geen licht op de gang, heel donker. Dit gaf een onveilig gevoel. Al met al teveel geld betaald voor deze hotelkamer.

El sistema de caiefacción no es independiente y hay que pedir ajuste en la recepcion. Lo otro es la vibración del metro que es un poco molesta.

Parking was a bit remote, but the property made up for it in convenience by being so close to shopping and transportation. Staff was great!

Lovely suite with balcony overlooking the city, Great little café attached to the hotel accessible from the lobby to start our day with pastries and coffee.

The hotel room was the best that I had stayed in during my whole trip. I traveled to Italy (5 cities) then Greece, and Spain. The suite was spacious, the bed was comfortable, modern and cleaned daily. The cafe served excellent food that was connected to the hotel. The metro was a few feet from the hotel and the super market was a few more feet. Coffee was available in room along with a kettle. The staff including reception, housekeeper, were all very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay at other Luzeiros suite hotels when visiting other countries and returning to Lisbon.

No complaints—great stay. My room was comfortable & decently sized. I turned up the heat and it rattled, so I had to turn it off. Staff were nice and the adjoining restaurant was nice.

O staff do hotel é muito bom e está sempre tentando ajudar. Os quartos do hotel são todos diferentes, mas não demos muita sorte com o nosso. A porta do banheiro não fechava e vazava água, subia um cheiro ruim de esgoto. O único dia que pedimos a limpeza do quarto, foi feita de uma maneira bem superficial, o chão continuou sujo. A cama é bem mole, poderia ser mais firme. Fora isso as instalações sao boas, o café da manhã que custa 14 euros por pessoa é muito bom!

Good rooms and clean. Staff friendly Little out of centre but good and frequent transport links. A little noisy with metro below but if you are used to city living acceptable.

Good staff and an okay stay. Did notice blanket to still have previous tenant hair on it. As for main sheets they were clean. It is an average room and an average spot but they treated me well.

We upgraded our room to get a bath. Lovely room but shower leaked and bath plug did not fit properly. You can hear the planes taking off and landing but you get used to it! Breakfast included but no restaurant. No milk in the room for the British who like their tea! It was reasonably priced and nice helpful staff so I wouldn’t actually say ‘don’t go there’. We were probably just unlucky to have had problems in the bathroom.

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour. L'hotel est propre, tres bien place grace a sa station de metro accessible en bad de l'hotel, le personnel tres agréable. Nous avons avons tout aimé mais surtout le petit déjeuner. Cependant, une étagère de l'armoire tombait sans cesse et le seche cheveux s'est cassé mais a ete réparé des le lendemain.
