Technology is great until it isnt
The unit is very modern, spotless and located in a great area. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores etc within walking distance.
The problem is the apartment has Smart Locks that didnt always work. The worst case was we came home at 11pm, got into the building, but the smart lock on the unit's door had bad batteries so we couldnt get in. It took over 2 hours for their "on call" person to come and
let us in. There needs to be a better backup system. We had a similar issue 2 days later but their call center was able to text us a code to open the door. We crossed our fingers every time we tried to open the door. There is a flat screen tv, buts its in the bedroom.
I like to stay up late to watch tv, but couldnt as it would keep my partner from sleeping. I was told there would be some type of credit for the inconvenience, but havent heard yet.
