Transferというサービス
TransferというTAXIのような割安サービスを紹介してくれたまでは良かったが、御願いしたのに予約してくれたのはTAXIの方だった。またTransferの支払い方法も紹介時の「ホテルで定額を支払う」というものからチェックアウト時には「着時払い」とTAXI同様の支払いというものに変わっていた。担当者が変わっても紹介するなら統一した内容にしてもらいたい。

快適ですが、旧市街からは遠いです。
初めから旧市街から遠いのは分かっていましたが、ホテルの清潔さなどを考慮し利用しました。やはり、乗り換えなどを考えますと不便さは否めません。しかし、滞在はとても快適で、地下鉄の駅やエアロバスの停留所からは近いです。価格を抑え旧市街から離れ、快適なホテルに泊まりたい方には良いと思います。スタッフもまあまあです。

リスボン到着は午後１１時を回っていましたが，地下鉄でのアクセスはとても便利で，わかりやすかったです．周辺は静かな環境で，とても快適でした．

Het was een prima hotel. Geen luxe maar alles was prima. Het was schoon, ontbijt was lekker, het was op loopafstand van het centrum (2,5km) en de faciliteiten waten prima (douche en bed)

Vista do parque maravilhosa e tranquilidade .
Tudo muito bom . O único detalhe foi somente o box do chuveiro que molha o piso do banheiro quando do uso da agua no máximo . Os funcionários sâo atenciosos ( recepção , limpeza e café da manhã ).

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location for getting on the Metro at Parque which then allows you to go straight down to the older part of the city or connect through to the Airport on the red line. Better than staying in the middle of the city for quietness but still can access everything when you want.

Leuk verblijf in lissabon
We hadden een heel toffe kamer, kleine badkamer, de kamer was heel net elke dag verse handdoeken, het ontbijt is correct maar heel basic, het is een heel goed stadshotel en heel centraal gelegen, de metro ligt net om de hoek, een aanrader

Excellent location that is unbeatable
The location of the hotel is excellent. It is so close to the hub of the city. The nearest metro stop is only steps away. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice Stay
The location of the hotel was perfect for me - close to the metro station and the city center and in a nice neighborhood with a park and shops around. Was positively surprised by the level of cleanliness and the size of the room!

Hotel com boa localização, do lado do metro, confortável. Único problema é que eles não emprestam ferro de passar roupa final de semana, pois o setor responsável disto não funciona nestes dias. Entendo que um hotel deve ter serviços todos os dias da semana.

This hotel is located next to a beautiful park on a quiet street. There are five great dining options at the bottom of the block. It is a 15 minute walk to downtown. The rooms are small, but adequate and cozy. The bathroom is super small. It is not big enough for two people and there is no power outlet in the bathroom. There is also no iron or ironing board in the room. We opted for the breakfast package which was totally worth it. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly.
