ホテルは快適でした。観光地までは距離がありますが、地下鉄・国鉄・バスなど移動手段の選択肢が多く便利です。ただし、ホテルまでは石畳になっているため、結構な時間がかかりました。

フロントの対応が悪い

Citytax支払い時に小銭の釣りが無いとして、こちらで小銭用意するかカード支払いを強要された。2回の宿泊チェックイン共に同じ要求。4ユーロのtaxに10ユーロ紙幣出して釣りが無いというのは信じられない。女性スタッフの対応も無愛想。

If you’re traveling from the US, this hotel is equal to a Motel 6. There is no room for a couple with a child, the rooms are tiny, hardly any room to walk. There’s no gym and no coffee makers or water kettle. No room service! It’s a new hotel so it’s still clean but don’t count on house keeping every day. This probably works if you’re traveling alone and not a gym goer.

It is a beautiful hotel, and we had a great room with a view of the river, the bridge and the gondola. Loved it. I wasnt crazy about the sink being outside of the bathroom!!

This is a really nice, stylish hotel. The staff were very friendly and professional. It’s conveniently located for public transport, cafes, restaurants and shopping. The only downside is there’s building work going on nearby which makes it noisy.

Stayed one night to be close for our flight home in the AM. Perfect location. Found great restaurant around the corner.

Very nice stay in a well set up hotel. High ceilings and clean rooms with all you need. Great breakfast buffet. Ask for a room facing the water, the other side faces the railway and it can be noisy. Overall very nice hotel for business or short stay

Safe area, lots to explore. Staff were great and hotel is very new and clean, breakfasts had a lot of variety. I expect that the only reason this hotel is not ranked higher is due to lack of amenities such as gym and pool area.

A Boutique style hotel, modern but very basic. It was for just a one night stay - close to airport, bus and train station.

Excellent service. Kenedy the server was friendly and provided us with extras like how to find a shuttle for the Yellowbus and suggestions for other tourist experiences. He even checked the Football schedule for us. He went over and above to help us. Thank you so much.

The property was perfectly located for the airport and the aquarium, which is world-renowned. The one crucial issue was that we chose this hotel because our daughter and her girlfriend were arriving into Lisbon a day earlier than my husband and myself and the hotel advertises a free airport shuttle. When my daughter called to arrange the shuttle, they said they would only cover one of the girls, since they were arriving several hours apart. However, even when contacted with all of the flight details, no shuttle was available upon arrival (despite it being early evening, not some crazy time.) Ultimately, uber is relatively inexpensive in Lisbon, so it wasn't a crisis, and it was a perfectly nice hotel, but this inability to deliver on the feature that had made us choose this specific hotel was a bit of a fumble.

This was a great small hotel with delicious breakfast right in the heart of Lisbon. We could walk to many great restaurants and a mall, plus drive to the main tourist sites. Beware that parking is extra.
