惜しいホテル
モダンでオシャレな部屋だけど壁が薄くて隣の部屋の音が聴こえたり、深夜のシャワーが気になって使えないなど、神経質な人には向いていないかも。 朝食は美味しかったが毎日同じなので連泊すると飽きる。

次は泊まりません
Hilton系で写真ではスタイリッシュにみえましたが、実際の部屋は暗いし、廊下の音は聞こえるし、隣の部屋のiPhoneの目覚まし時計で起きられるほど音は筒抜けです。クローゼットのハンガーは高過ぎるし、扉もビニールテープで引手を付けているぐらい。部屋の使い勝手は非常に悪いです。因に一番奥の部屋ではWi-Fi取れません。大した値段の差はないし、場所も便利なのでこのエリアならティアラパークアトランティックの方が断然お勧めです。

洗練されたホテル
　映画のマトリックスをイメージさせるすっきりとしたスマートなホテルでした。家族旅行というよりは、できるビジネスマン向けの落ち着いたイメージのホテルです。何度も質問に行ったのですがその都度親切に対応してくれました。

洗練されたスタッフとお部屋。中心部から少し遠くてもOKなら文句無しおすすめ。 大きなバスタブ、タップリのシャワー。1人では持て余す広さ。 スタッフも気さくで感じがいい。 ま、周りには何にもないけれどね。

Facilities look new but you might experience leaks with the shower and the bathroom winch they will not fix. Be aware of your reservations fees and check in policies as they will not be responsible even if you paid them twice for the same room. They will rely on "it´s our policies" and you won´t receive any follow up. Worst Double Tree I have staid in and for sure the last time.

This is not Hilton quality and definitely not a 4 star hotel. It is a 2 star hotel at best. The shower has no door or shower curtain so when you shower water splashes all over the carpet in the room. The black design is terrible. How can you properly tell if something is clean if everything is black. The furnishings were very old with rust and cracks everywhere. The only good park about this hotel is the location.

Déçu la première nuit.
En arrivant, on a une chambre au premier étage de l’hôtel nous avions réservé une chambre deluxe ça a été très compliqué de trouver le sommeil. L’hôtel donne sur un croisement entre deux routes, donc bruit de voiture, les gens qui passent en valise et fin de soirée, nous avons passé une nuit horrible donc on a dû le lendemain matin demander à changer de chambre ce qui a été fait très rapidement par l’équipe de la réception et la deuxième nuit impeccable, ça nous a changé. Donc je vous conseille à demander un étage élevé.

Lovely staff but hotel needs updating
Check in was great … especially the front desk who helped me with my taxi driver who tried to charge me $45 for my ride from the airport. The bartender was also lovely. Just wish the restaurant had been open past 10P. While the room amenities were great per usual, the room (carpet) was not as clean as I’ve come to expect from Hilton properties. And why I wasn’t given Hilton points is still a mystery: I stay in Hilton’s throughout the US and always book through hotels.com!! Finally, you need to have shower stalls and not bathtubs with showers. For those of us over 65, this can be dangerous!!

Great, family stay.
We stayed for only one night but had a great stay in Lisbon and very much enjoyed this hotel. Early check-in was arranged by extremely helpful and friendly staff. Family room was great size with wonderful bathroom and all amenities. Hotel was clean, modern and great location. Really positive memories, would certainly recommend for stays in Lisbon.

This location is not a credit at all to the Hilton Doubletree brand. We were stunned by how dark and claustrophobic the hallways leading to the rooms were. It had a horror film feel. The rooms and bathroom were dark and really need some updating.Felt like a cheap budget motel. Probably one of the poorest hotels we’ve stayed in and we travel a lot.

The rooms were weird, all black bathrooms, with glass. You had to climb into the back of the tub, get to the front of it then turn on the shower, if you could. Toilet area, actually whole area was black and extremely difficult to see, even with lights on.

The rooms were very clean but the clear glass in the bathroom looking into the sleeping area was weird! Plus too many mirrors in the bathroom. Don’t need to watch myself on the toilet! Front desk staff were very helpful.
