The good: For me, i fiund this apartment very clean, bright and and i loved the locations proxmity to the train station/metro and the little shops around this part of town. I did, walk all.over Lisbon from the apartment. 22 km in 3 days! There is a bus that stops at the top of the hill, but i was determined to climb that hill every day. I felt extreamly safe in this neighbourhood, and the host communicated very well. The bad . The apartmentnis located on a very steep hill, but that is no suprise as almost every street in Lisbon is very steep. If you have mobility issues, this aparment will be a challenge.... but realistically, If youre not keen on the steep hills, you will spend your time in portugal in a Bolt. I found that there was a damp / musty feel to the apartment, The bed was 2 singles beds pushed together... not the worst, but not ideal. The Ugly: I was located on the 2nd floor facing the street and it was very noisy. Garbage pick up at 1130pm kids crying, people talking loudly,busses, and cars speeding past. I dont consider myself a light sleeper, but i was up every night, one or 2 seperate times.

Eine sehr moderne Wohnung wie auf den Bilder. Ein bisschen ungepflegt an bestimmten Stellen aber noch völlig im Rahmen. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, schnelle Antworten und sehr kulant gegenüber Sonderwünschen. Die Wohnung befindet sich leider in einer nicht so schönen Gegend (Gefängnis in der Nähe) und ein bisschen heruntergekommen. Trotzdem kann man alles in der Stadt super erreichen. Ein Tipp. Nehmt die Zimmer mit Blick in den Garten. Weil sonst die Nachbarn den ganzen Tag in die Zimmer schauen können. Abschließend ein toller Aufenthalt mit hier und da ein paar negativen Stellen aber ansonsten sehr gut.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere and style of the accommodation. The rooftop terrace was a great spot to relax during both the day and night. The place was clean, and all the staff members were friendly and easy to communicate with. However, there was an issue with water overflowing outside the shower booth every time I took a shower, which was inconvenient. Also, the kitchen tap seemed shaky, and I had to be careful not to cause any further damage while using it. Most notably, the overall air quality in the accommodation felt damp and humid, reminiscent of the smell in a damp basement rather than a fresh atmosphere. If you have a sensitive sense of smell, I wouldn't recommend it.

A cozy and quiet neighborhood with two stores right on the street. The apartment has very nice bedrooms, bathroom, living room and rustic creaky floors. The outdoor patio on the second floor has a fruit tree and sitting area. Walkable distance to the city center and to landmarks of Lisbon.

Dejlig lejlighed- lokal og uturistet beliggenhed.

Vi elskede at bo i den del af byen, der var lokal og helt uturistet. Lejligheden var dejlig - eneste opmærksomhed var, at der ikke blev gjort rent eller skiftet håndklæder i de 5-6 dage, vi boede der. Ellers fungerede alt upåklageligt! Vores bedste anbefalinger, hvis man vil bo i fred og ro fra turismen.

Salle de bain insalubre (sans aération ou ventilation) avec du moisi au sol et sur les murs en plus de l'odeur. Odeur qui se répand dans une des deux chambres. Le propriétaire, qui se contente de répondre par message mais jamais au téléphone nous explique que c'est le produit de nettoyage qui fait ça ! Jusqu'à présent aucune réponse de la part de hotels.com qui n'a aucun service après vente et, clairement, ne fait que prendre une commission et ne sert à rien.

Belle déco qui cache le reste décevant

Entretien de l'appartement très mauvais : poignée frigo cassée, chaises branlantes, humidité déforme le mur de la chambre, porte douche à moitié arrachée, fuite au sol dans la salle de bain, compteur électrique qui ne tient pas si on allume plusieurs appareils en même temps... Confort horrible : simple vitrage dans une rue super passante étroite et à sens unique. 50 dB mesurés à chaque passage de voiture dans l'appartement. Pas de volets pour compenser le simple vitrage, donc bruit et jour la nuit car la rue est très éclairée. Le lit pour la 3ème personne mesure moins de 1m50 de long, donc uniquement pour jeune enfant.

We appreciate your feedback and will do everything we can to improve our service, however, we would like to point out that the glass in the windows is double and sensitivity to noise may vary from person to person. There are blackouts on all the windows that block outside light. The shower door works perfectly, as does the wardrobe door. the sofa bed has the measures of 1,40 x 2,00m enough for 2 adults to sleep, you just have to open it up. Regarding the refrigerator handle, we are sorry that it fell and we would have liked to have had the chance to repair it, if you had informed us. Our staff is present in the building every day and we maintained contact with you on WhatsApp and on the reservation chat. The fact that we have self check-in greatly facilitates the arrivals of all guests and is usually an appreciated factor. We are sorry that this is not the case for you. We hope that during your next stay you can maintain more sincere contact with your host so you can have a better experience.

Väldigt fin lägenhet, som hämtat ur en designtidning. Vi sov gott i väldigt sköna sängar. Tyvärr saknades mycket av det praktiska. Det fanns två sänglampor men bara den ena nådde ett eluttag. Hittade dock en för kort skarvsladd så det blev till att göra om lite. Var skulle man hänger fuktiga badlakan, en dubbelkrok i badrummet var allt. Badlakanen torkade inte utan luktade surt efter ett par dagar. En matta på golvet utanför duschen skulle göra att man slapp halka till. De två pinnstolarna var så rangliga att man inte vågade sitta på dem. Vi använde dem till våra resväskor eftersom inget annat lämpligt fanns. Den enda vattenkran som var okay var den till handfatet. I duschen behövdes det förmodligen ny packning, liksom till blandaren vid diskhon. Den blandaren satt inte ens fast i bänken. Diskmaskinen var så liten att det inte gick att ställa in tallrikarna. Ett diskställ vore bättre att erbjuda. Visst var knopparna på köksskåpen snygga men felplacerade, på mitten. Att öppna kylskåpet var nästan omöjligt. Skåpdörren hängde snett och kärvade så man fick ta tag i kanten vid golvet för att kunna öppna. Köksutrustningen var, så där. Den sax som fanns var trasig. Handtaget på kastrullen satt löst. Stekpannan var oanvändbar (bränd i botten). Det saknades en riktig sop och skyffel. Gummiskrapa till terrassen för att få bort regnvatten vore också bra. Ett tips: kolla att saker finns och fungerar innan nästa gäst får tillträde. Som gäst vill man bo och trivas inte bli irriterad.

Apartamento bien decorado con camas comodas, hay que subir 3 pisos de escaleras. Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado que presentaba un goteo de agua y no nos funcionó tampoco el lavaplatos, fuera de eso bien. Se llega fácil al centro.

The apartment is very comfortable, with two big rooms and a nice common space with a living room and a well equipped kitchen. It was very clean and well maintained. The host, Teresa, was always available and provided all the info needed to have a nice stay. Highly recommended!

It was far away from the downtown action. Very quiet old section of town. Far to walk and very steep street. Narrow stairs up to apartment. Apartment inside is nice. Better in pictures but still nice. Pricey for the location.

Property was clean, modern, and close to Lisbon attractions. We enjoyed the fridge, nespresso coffee maker, and nearby cafes. Bed is two twins pushed together so there’s a gap in the middle that’s uncomfortable and gets larger if the beds shift. A mattress topper could possibly help this. There was a smell of sewage coming up from the shower drain in 2A. It was really off-putting and the main reason for our poor review. Batteries in remote were dead. Faucet in kitchen was wobbly and needs repairs. Patio door doesn’t close completely, likely needs repair. Balcony is so tiny you can hardly squeeze two bodies out there. Parking is limited on street. We realize it’s an old building, but the lack of elevator is super challenging. The stairs are uneven and very difficult to manage with luggage. Ceilings on stairs are also very low so we hit our heads while bringing luggage up and down. Overall, we appreciated the close proximity of old town Lisbon and found the price of the hotel reasonable. We just want others to know what to expect for their visits, in case things like sewage smells, mattresses with gaps, and uneven stairs/low ceilings are a dealbreaker.

Nevertheless we would like to mention that the lack of elevator as well as the size of the balcony are both explicit on the listing. The building is located on an old neighborhood and as in most of the houses on the historic area of Lisbon, we're not able to add an elevator. This also reflects on the stairs layout, of course, hope you understand. It was a pleasure to host you and we hope you can visit us again soon!

Fenomenal, muy buena comunicación con la anfitriona. Apartamento y zonas comunes muy acogedoras y bien equipadas, lo único que echamos de menos es una lavadora. La zona no es la mejor ubicación, pero no está mal.

Logement bien placé. Graça quartier typique très sympa. Proche d’Alfama à pied. Teresa à l’accueil très agréable et efficace! Logements grand avec belle terrasse très agréable. Mobilier et installation un peu vieillot mais très bonne adresse pour visiter Lisbonne.

The pull out couch was not made right. It was very difficult to sleep on it. The mattress did not fit the couch well at all and there was a weird part missing from it. Not a flat bed. The keys were weird. Otherwise it was a great apartment. Great host. Her and the cleaning lady were nice and accommodating and communicated well with us and quickly. Would recommend for budget friendly travel.

Es war am sich ein gutes, Hübsch eingerichtetes Appartement, aber leider nicht sauber. Die Dusche war echt dreckig und überall lagen lange schwarze Haare auf dem Boden. Meins könnte es nicht sein, ich habe 2 cm blondes haar. Keine Handseife im Bad. Nachts sehr Laut. Viele Autos und betrunkene.

Loved my stay at Cozy Lisbon Graca. Felt very safe as a solo female traveller. Excellent location - very walkable into Graca, Alfama and the centre of town (or easy to access public transport or tram 28!). Pastries and coffees from the nearby patisserie were enjoyed in the courtyard after a morning walk. I had some issues with the power on the last night but the team responded very quickly to get it sorted. Only wish I had more time there to enjoy the luxury of the apartment!

A really nice stay in Lisbon

We really enjoyed our time at Cozy Lisbon, the beds were the most comfortable we had in all of Portugal. Easy walking distance to public transport and downtown. Great communication with the property owners.

Bel appartement, confortable, bien situé sans être en plein centre touristique, à 5 min de Graça. La communication avec Cozy Lisbon Graça a été très agréable et efficace. Merci à eux.

Very disappointed for a week.

The apartment was cleaned but in need of some serious repair. Teresa did not response everytime, made excuses for not responding. Poorly supplied only received 2 rolls of tissue papers for 3 people an entire week stay. The shower slow, did not repair. Last three nights no shower. Awful, but a book of expectations for guest but none for themselves. The price to replace items were extremely overpriced for the items in room. Twenty five dollars for thin sheet. No fitted sheet for bottom, sheets thin and small. Teribble mattress, I would not stay there again. Awful no shower unless willing to stand in dirty water. No supplies for an apartment. The worst I ever visted. Avoid if you can. Overpriced for sevices. Teresa has not responded yet. I emailed her 4 times about shower and leaky bathroom sink Too many problems to mention.They really need to make somes changes. I stayed at other places around the city and rated them excellent. I am not mad just disappointed, too many serious problems for guest from another country.
