地下鉄の駅を出てすぐのところにあり、近くにスーパー、飲食店、いろんなお店もあり、不便しない立地です。シアード広場側に窓があり、反対側のベランダからは川も見えました。部屋はとても広くてきれいでした。食器類、コーヒーメーカー、食洗器等一通りそろっていて、洗濯機に洗剤まで付いていたので助かりました。シャワーをして湯気が出るとすぐに警報が鳴ってしまい少し困りましたが(^^;)シャワー、トイレが二つあったので、五人での宿泊でしたが不便しませんでした。大晦日に泊まりましたが、コメルシオ広場まで徒歩圏内ですので、花火を見た後タクシーを待たずに帰ることができました。

Everything is perfect. You can really call it THE BEST Apartment I’d choose again next time. リスボン中心で どこに行くにもアクセスが良く、ホテル下の広場では、昼間は観光ツアーの呼び込み、夜はストリートパフォーマーがいて常に賑やかです。窓の防音がしっかりしていて部屋にいてうるささはありません。 2日に一度のクリーニングも丁寧で、とても気持ちよく過ごせました。 旅先ではいつもキッチン付きアパートやホテルを選びますが、こちらはランクNO.1をあげたい位 また泊まりたい宿です。

The property is in a great location central to most things and right on the route for Tram 28. We were greeted very nicely, felt immediately comfortable in the property and truly appreciated the water and fruit. I loved the QR codes that directed us to the instructions for the appliances and willingness to assist with finding tours and food. The duplex was perfect for our person family and I would stay again. Only wish was for more towels and toiletries that worked/refilled. Overall, I would recommend and stay again!

We loved this property! The apartment was in a central location, the metro entrance was right outside. There was live music and a restaurant across the street but it was beautiful and quiet in the apartment. The apartment was very updated and comfortable. We had everything you might need. The property managers were excellent at communicating to meet our needs. Parking is 2 blocks away but it was in a nice safe garage.

The apartment was very clean and had everything you would need in an apartment. the staff were also very accommodating and helpful. Nights usually get a bit noisy from the street shows but the windows do a good job in blocking most of the it. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Chiado Sq. Starting from the amazing communication, where they were always available to answer questions, to the quick and smooth checkin even though we arrived hours before the actual checkin time. They stored our luggage and did their best to get us in the apartment earlier. The apartment was spotless! They even left little welcome toys for the kids. There was everything you could possibly need there. The living room is facing the street so a bit louder but the bedrooms were quiet. Overall it exceeded all expectations and the hosts are truly awesome! Thank you for a great stay!

Pros : Excellent location with great access to public transportation and in the midst of several grocery stores, restaurants and safe neighborhood. Huge apartment with big size clean rooms and all ultramodern amenities. Received some fruits, 2 bottles of water and a complimentary bottle of wine from the host upon arrival which was a pleasant surprise. 2 checkin agents were extremely courteous. Cons : Included garage for parking was not at the base of the same building where the apartment was located. The parking garage was a 5 minutes walk away in a basement of a different building. The driveway leading down into the basement was extremely narrow and curvatious. Was able to park with great difficulty with my heart in my mouth. Was wondering how I could have parked, had another car would have been exiting the garage at the same time I was entering. Should have been clearly informed in advance that the garage was not on the same site as the apartment. Had I known in advance, I would have made different arrangements for car park. Was given a WhatsApp number for routine questions. Had posted a question on that same WhatsApp number which was not replied to nor read by anyone. Poor reciprocation. Also after checking out, I had notified on the same WhatsApp number as instructed, to which I still haven’t received any acknowledgment. Hoping the host corrects these points for future customers to make it a 5 star stay.

The apartment was centrally located and very spacious. It was well stocked and had an incredible amount of storage. My only complaint was the washing machine/dryer combination. It didn’t work well when it actually worked. Other than that I would happily stay here again with my family.

Absolutely the best stay! The nicest host (Ben), always reachable and attentive. We spent the NYE and we could see the fireworks from our window. Beautiful property, so clean, modern, spacious, and has everything you need. We loved the location too, close to everything. It's in the middle of a busy square so it's not quiet, but we just watched people out of our balcony and enjoyed the gorgeous view. I can't say enough good thing about this place. I can't wait to go back!

The only best hotel/appt from the double digits 4- star hotels we booked and stayed for our two-week trip in Spain and Portugal. ! The unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and the bedrooms have very good sound proofing and not facing streets so u won’t hear any noises from the streets. From coffee makers to wine opener the host has taken into consideration of every tiny details. A washer with dryer is in the unit and a full sized fridge. If I have to complain something it is the online version of user manual for the washer/dryer. I cannot find out how to cancel delayed start feature because I accidentally selected it by mistake. It would be nice to include those in the online version user manual and same for the stove/microwave. The water of shower is hot and strong which is not always available in European hotels. And the unit is spacious. The host is very kind and friendly they were waiting for us in the lobby when we have so many uncertainties of our arrival schedule. Honestly I would rate a 6 of 5 if I can. We were also offered a bottle of wine as a vip and it tastes really great!!! Thanks and we will book again when we are in Lisbon in future!

The property’s location was perfect! There was a lot of restaurants and shops around. The apartment was very nice and very clean. The host also was super helpful and very responsive. We highly recommend it and we will totally book it again if we ever come back to Lisbon!

The apartment was very well located. Tons of restaurants and big part of what you need to see in Lisbon at a walking distance. Everything we needed was in the apartment. Kitchen, good rooms and perfectly clean. Decoration was beautiful as well. No issues at all and for sure we will go back to the same place if back in Lisbon.

Perfect fit for our family! The location is amazing, overlooking Chiado Square. There are buskers there most of the day and night, so if you are looking for something quiet, this might not be for you, but for us, the music was a plus. Staff were so helpful and communicative. Had all the amenities we needed. Loved it!

This property was perfect for a stay in the center of it all. It was very clean and spacius for a family of 5. Communications from the helpful, friendly staff was great- we even had an early checkin accommodated to us. One quip- the inside bathroom had an odor tha we noticed after the first night. It's a blemish on an others great property.

Great option in Chiado Square
Highly recommend this location and any Lisbon Best Apartment property. If you are bothered by noise from 11am - 9 pm opt for the property just off of the square. It didn't bother us. We were out much of this time. Apartment was clean and communication and key drop off easy.
