"The house itself is nice and roomy for our group of 3 and a dog. Can tell that it is fairly newly renovated. The owner was very responsive when I had questions. Giving it 3 stars due to the fact that the grass was very high. I was nervous for ticks on us as well as our dog. The beachfront area isn’t useable. We walked down to let our dog swim and as she was in the water and our 6 year old was playing we noticed glass and a bunch of rusty nails. It looked like someone previously had a fire down there and never cleaned up. The grill also had dirty used utensils on it when we went to use it. We really wanted a yard to play in and water to safely walk into for our child and dog. "
