"No drop down rail next to toilet and carpet in downstairs bedroom. Making it a bit awkward for full time wheelchair users. Had to move beds to get wheelchair next to one of them."

"We enjoyed our stay in Kingley, although felt that the property could do with some extra tlc, especially regarding carpets and window fittings. It would also have helped if there had been a sofa bed in the study, as we had two boys who did not wish to share a double bed and we had two girls in the twin bedded room.. "The Boat House is a stunning building in a lovely location. The property is well laid out, takes advantage of the views and has everything you need. The bottle of prosecco and lemon drizzle cake were a nice touch too. Lots of nice walks nearby and a good pub just a 15 minute walk away."
