「Lovely & clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed our stay.」

「We rented the property for six guests for my daughter’s college graduation. Unfortunately, the house only had one towel for all six of us, so only two of us were able to shower (my daughter had her own towel).There must have been something wrong in the basement, because there was what sounded like an industrial-sized fan running the entire time we were there. The basement was locked (understandable), so we had no way of turning it off when it came time to sleep, resulting in six very tired...

「Looks like a new setup. The furniture / bedding was very basic (dorm).There was only one window AC unit in the dining area which made the bedrooms quite hot in the summer. Would have appreciated a fan or something. The kitchen is nice but missing stuff. There is a lot of space in the unit. The checkin / checkout process was cumbersome with numerous (automated?) messages and warnings/restrictions.」

「This is a terrific place to stay. Plenty of bedrooms and beds. The living area and dining areas are wonderful for the group to gather comfortably. Hot tub and foos ball table, what else would you need for entertainment. The location in Bay City is close to great restaurants too.This was our second stay this year. The host is very responsive too.」
