The spa was very clean and zen, and our panarama suite had a lovely Mountain View. We dined in Fatiga, the restaurant on property and it was fantastic!! "Room & entire premises extremely cold. Central radiators were off. She turned on the AC in the room and set it to cool to 73ºF, but the room was in the 50's. I figured out how to reset it and left for dinner. We returned to no electricity. We had to negotiate a candle. Room was extremely small, only 2 ft on each side of a double bed, which was lumpy. No place for suitcases. She suggested we open them in the car and take in what we needed. Bathroom was clean, but small with no room to put anything. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special."

"The room is small. No AC. Limited outside light. The bed is not confortable. Breakfast is a cold breakfast. Good. Some eggs would be nice as most of the visitors are there to do hiking Nice pool. Access to a fridge. Take note that if you pay on site, they don’t take credit. Only cash. This was not mentioned when I booked on Expedia. The staff are very nice. "
