The pictures must have been taken shortly after the remodel or addition of vinyl flooring and painting as it is now showing signs of use, wear and tear - in need of some TLC to clean the baseboards, walls and doors. However, we realized the remodel must have happen a few years ago as there was some maintenance issues the room is in need of in the small bathroom. The air conditioner almost cooled the room as the summer heat came in thru door that wasn’t sealed all the way. Our relatives stayed in the 4 bedroom apartment and that was lovely! 」
