"Waited 25 minutes at the front desk to be checked in. No one showed up. Went in to check with the bartender and she checked me in. Left to do a couple things (three times) and then came back. Our cards that we were given to us weren't working, had to go back around to the front desk to get them working. They said it was due to being next to my phone. My phone was in my shirt pocket and room keys were in my pants pocket. Also, absolutely nothing on tv to watch, unless you have a device hooked up to the TV!! Won't be staying here again!! Worst hotel ever!! ZERO STARS!! Avoid, avoid, avoid this place. Breakfast wasn't too bad."

"The pool was great. Breakfast was just ok. The staff was on their phone at the front desk and didn’t speak to us until we spoke first. It snowed several inches and the hotel didn’t remove the snow from the sidewalks until late that evening. It iced and we had to ask them to put salt out. "

"We love this hotel and have stayed here several times. There’s a full-size fridge/freezer a hot plate, dishes, cutlery, a toaster, microwave, everything you need for a short or longer stay. The beds are super comfortable, and the room is very spacious. The staff was super helpful. There’s coffee 24 hours a day available in the lobby and frozen food and snacks for you to purchase."

"From start to finish had a fabulous one night stay. All the staff we came into contact with were kind, genuine and personable. The rooms were clean, cozy, and quiet. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Nice location downtown and the room was nice. Didn’t like the sliding style bathroom door. Fancy but not practical. Bar and restaurant were good and convenient."

"All in all good. The sound travels, we hear lots of voices from next door. There was a chewing tobacco box laying on the floor beside my bed, so obviously not vacuumed there. The cleanliness in the halls and such were also not great, it reallyneeded vacuuming. The ceiling was leaking above my bed all day (while we were gone), so my bed was all wet when we came home in the evening, so we had to switch rooms. Things happen, but it was just annoying that we had to do it in the evening before bed. The customer service at the front desk was good, he was friendly and courteous. The ladies that were working at the breakfast room were kind of rude, when we asked if there was more coming out soon, because the stuff was not stocked. But all in all, it was a decent stay."

"Room was dirty, stains on sheets, lumpy pillows, not enough pillow, beoken lock on door, dirt on bathroom floor, felt unsafe left at 2 am due to feeling too unsafe too sleep."
