「English fisherman after carp. Not an easy site to fish 3 x 13 ft rods, but managed.eventually caught a 10lb 2 Oz common carp. Watching the birds, turtles, squirrels and a cheeky chipmunk was entertaining. Overall a pleasant experience. Thanks to our hosts.」

「Our stay at this quaint and comfortable home was wonderful! This home had plenty of room with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The view and yard are wonderful with a view of the river and a lovely covered patio and fire pit. There is a steep hill leading to the house so it’s not boat friendly. The neighbor is wonderful and allowed us to park our boat at their house. I wouldn’t change a thing about this home, we really enjoyed it.」

「Photos do not do the property justice. Very nice home, safe area, incredible views and perfect outside ambience with outdoor fire pit and grill along with dining and seating. So happy we booked here. Only complaint is with VRBO and the way they charge per day rather than night and have late checkin early checkout so I felt like we paid far more than what was fair based on our actual stay length. But this had nothing to do with the host or the property, both of which exceeded expectations!」

「We have stayed here about 10 times over the past several years. We absolutely love it. It has all the necessity for river fun. We bring the boat because it has its own dock, we bring the 4wheelers, and the kayaks. Its safe for the kids. Everyone is super nice, and you might be invited to a cook out or 2. We have enjoyed cooking out with the grill, we have enjoyed the fire pit at night. Kids have enjoyed fishing. And a perfect quiet cove for the kiddos to play in the river if you bring boat or...
