「Excellent view and beautiful yard. Super comfy furniture and mattress. Great Location.」

「The property was wonderful! Our group of 5 adults were very comfortable and satisfied with our stay of 3 nights. We were in town for a family reunion, and enjoyed the great amenities of the property as we spent cherished time with our extended family. Comfortable beds, relaxing common areas and great location.」

「Very clean and affordable. I called due to some confusion about the AC, and they were very helpful and kind. I would recommend bringing a fan if you are one who prefers to sleep with one on.」

「This place was very clean. It was perfect for the weekend for us. The host was very easy to ask questions too. Very helpful.」

「Barbara and Les have a beautiful property that they graciously share with renters and pets alike. We enjoyed every part of our stay - from accomodations and location- to wildlife and wonderful conversations! We enjoyed seeing all the animals of the estuary- birds, seals, otters and more!My husband enjoyed fishing, while the pups and I enjoyed the dock! They are well appointed for water sports with many kayaks to choose from as well! This property is a true gem! Any place we can visit and have...

「We had an excellent stay. Hunter and his wife were in communication with us before, during and after our stay to make sure everything was just right. We got excellent advice on local dining and where to try kayaking and paddle boarding. The house itself is charming. It is comfortable, well provisioned and super clean. I highly recommend without reservation. I am looking forward to staying here again in the future.」

「Beautiful place. Very clean . Wonderful location . Would love to come back」

「The Spofford Inn (Inkwell Room) was beautiful and meticulously decorated with beautiful pieces to not only make the space modern and clean but keep the charm of the original building. The hosts were excellent at communicating and accommodating all our needs. It was is walking distance of a few restaurants and yummy ice cream shop. We were not in Bucksport very long but definitely enjoyed our stay.」

「Everything was great but at this price the expectation is better and clearer coffee pot and softer toilet tissue. Three large king beds were excellent, better than expected. Bath towels also were excellent size and quality. We knew and we're able to manage with only one and half bath but if you have more people staying at the property, then only one shower may delay in every body getting ready.」
