The Space:

This dog-friendly two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom Lincoln City vacation rental offers a gas fireplace, an outdoor fire pit, and enough space for up to four people (and two dogs!).



With a quarter-mile walk to Olivia Beach, this home’s great coastal location is sure to induce maritime bliss! It’s also a short drive to the heart of Lincoln City, where great dining, shopping, and entertainment await. You’ll feel invigorated by the cool ocean breeze and myriad outdoor activities - from clamming to crabbing to hiking in the coast range - that are available here!



Guests can lounge on comfy sectional couches in the living room where a flatscreen cable television and small library of books await a day when nasty weather makes it best to stay indoors. The kitchen sits next to the living room and, with its modern appliances like a microwave, refrigerator, gas stove, oven, and dishwasher, cooking and cleanup will be a breeze!



With two queen-size beds in two bedrooms, up to four people can sleep comfortably here. Two well-mannered dogs may also join, though there is a small nightly fee. There are two parking spots in the driveway.



Both rooms also include their own flatscreen cable televisions for days spent indoors during a downpour.



If you need to access the Internet while you’re here don’t worry because WiFi is included. Also included is a washer/dryer. So make yourself at home!



The home has a nice private fenced-in backyard with a firepit that will keep you warm on cool coastal nights.

The community pool and rec center are only available Memorial Day - Labor Day and closes at 5pm.



The home’s location is also near Agnes Creek Open Space, a popular area for great hikes and wildlife viewing in the lush Oregon coast range. Lincoln City’s many attractions also lay a short drive from this home. The fishing towns of Depoe Bay and Newport are also easy day trips down 101. And don’t forget about the best part of this location: breathtaking views of Oregon’s stunning coastline!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this vacation rental in Lincoln City, OR! The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and super cozy, with all the comforts of home.We especially loved relaxing on back patio around the fire pit. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals, and the beds were incredibly comfortable after long days of exploring the coast.

Comfortable home on great location with beach access

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nauti and Salty. The house is in a cute neighborhood with easy access to the beach. We especially enjoyed visiting nearby tide pools at low tide, just beyond the stars down to the beach. The place was clean, beds were comfortable, and it was stocked with everything we needed. It was the perfect size for our family of three and the multiple bathrooms were appreciated.

Good weekend getaway

Overall had a good stay here. Close to my work location and close to the beach. Not quite enough counter space or storage space for a longer stay (mine was 2 weeks). Also beds were not the most comfortable that I slept on, but manageable for 2 weeks. Neighborhood is very quiet and family-friendly.

Wonderful!!!

This place was an amazing place to stay! It had everything we needed with just a short walk to the beach. Dogs are welcome and they made sure you have absolutely everything you need for a pleasant stay with your fur baby. We didn't bring ours but I was impressed by how good it smelled in the house and how clean it was if others have. The neighborhood was cute, quiet, and a few of the other vacations we had conversations with were super nice. If you're taking a quick day trip south to Yachats or north to Tillamook, this is a prime location central to both those places. Thank-you to the owners for sharing their home!

Would rate it 4.9 out 5 if that were an option. This place was perfect for our stay. The beds were very comfortable. Lighting and heat were easy to control and adequate. Pet friendly, the back yard is fully fenced, and the entire place was quite clean. The kitchen was stocked well enough to make meals. Cute, cozy! Definately better than any hotel in this area.

Great house - Super Unsafe for Toddlers

House was fairly clean, could use more attention to dusting. Kitchen was missing a strainer, but not a big deal. Our main issue was how the front door could not be secured from the inside. There was no deadbolt or lock, so our child literally walked out the front door many times. I hope they resolve this, we would love to stay there again.

Charming Beach Retreat

We loved the house, the neighborhood and the proximity to beaches. The Olivia Beach area was gorgeous, with a park, pool and lovely homes. The house was spotless, well-appointed, and airy yet easy to cool and heat. The details in terms of attention to dogs was very thoughtful, and our pooch certainly enjoyed his stay. The beds and beddings were superb. We particularly enjoyed the puzzles. We suggest more silverware (only 6 forks on hand) and a colander. We believe someone had previously used a large pot in the outside fire pit as its surface was damaged (but it was still functional). We suggest another lamp for the table in the living room. The upstairs shower function was a mystery for us to use for two days, so we suggest a note to advise guests how one can switch from tub to shower use. Thanks for hosting us.

Very cute place. Pet friendly so some wear and tear. Kitchen wasn’t fully stocked, no cling wrap or sandwich bags for any leftovers. No dog collection bags ( if I’m paying a dog fee it’s the least I would expect to find in a doggy basket. Two bedrooms with en suites, but one shower didn’t work. Had we been traveling with another couple, it would’ve been a bigger issue. There could’ve been more detailed instructions for tv/dvd and streaming as well other amenities such as a pool or gym. The code that was texted to me the day before arrival did not work and we were forced to contact the support system to help us gain entry.

Great location, in need of a seriously deep cleaning!

The neighborhood & property are adorable! We intentionally chose a dog friendly property since we needed to bring our fur babies. We have stayed in dog friendly properties before, so we know there’s a certain amount of wear & tear expected. Unfortunately, this property had significantly more wear & tear. For example, the sofa & dining chairs are covered in stains. They could probably be removed with a good steam cleaning. Otherwise, they should be replaced. When we arrived there was dried food on the front of several cabinets in the kitchen & crumbs along the sink. Staying somewhere in the middle of COVID can be challenging, but this made me question if their actual cleaning protocol was followed. The location is great, neighborhood quiet & easy to access the beach.

Beach Bliss

The cottage was a perfect getaway in the perfect location! Walking distance to the ocean and a lovely, safe community to explore. Our morning walks and sunset strolls were exactly what we hoped. The house was clean and cozy - it took us a bit to figure out the fireplace but otherwise lovely. The kitchen is well stocked as are the bathrooms. Some linens could use replacing - just a little worn/discolored. We replaced the smoke detector battery in the upper hallway and the thermostat batteries but that’s just general upkeep, you wouldn’t know it was necessary unless you were there, happy to contribute! There are a lot of stairs to the beach, however, a very short drive down the road and there is public parking and easier access. The only thing really lacking was personal touches/information like this. It would be helpful to future visitors to have these little notes in the binder - alternative beach access, top favorite eateries, and other local notes. We are frequent vacation renters so we figured it out, but for those new to the experience it would be a nice touch. SUPER pet friendly house - we didn’t bring our pup but she would have loved it and you would never know dogs stayed here - so clean! Hope to be back someday.

Charming Beach Cottage.

Clean Comfy and Cute. I messaged ahead to check and see what type of coffee maker was provided. I was told it was a Keurig so I purchased the pods for it since we don’t have one of that type at home. Upon arrival we discovered it was replaced with a drip maker. We love our morning coffee and we were tired after a 4 hr drive. We didn’t want to make a special trip back to a grocery store so we were left without our ‘at home’ morning coffee. It may seem inconsequential but it was not a relaxing thing to deal with and that’s a big part of coming to the beach. First world problem! Also, Olivia Beach is very charming. [This home backs up to the older ‘hood’. The home directly in back looks like it may be unoccupied with side stairs falling apart and unkept yard. My husband witnessed someone enter the lower back door after dark. The door was never closed. It gave us the creeps. I understand there is nothing the owner in Olivia Beach can do, but a check of that property might be in order. There may be squatters there. I really don’t want this on the web in my about my stay, but it is definitely going to affect your value and security of your property and that’s why I mentioned it. ]
