Unit was clean and had a great view. Good location - close to shops, grocery and restaurants. No instructions for the Smart TV and the fireplace wasn’t working. A brief instructions sheet would have been helpful.

Okay. Great views of Bay and Ocean. The bed was comfortable. The dining table chairs were extremely uncomfortable. The vertical blinds were broken. No dresser for clothing. Very little space in the closet due to storage of bedding, vacuum, ironing board etc. The bathtub was stained.

Perfect Beach Escape

Thus condo was perfect for our stay. Easy access to the beach, walking distance to MO’s and The Pines food carts. We will be back!

1st Vacation in 10 years

Everything was wonderful! Very clean, very comfortable. A quick walk to a fabulous beach access area. Close walk to all kinds of things. I will be back. The neighbor was very helpful. Only 2 small negatives. The vertical blinds did not move easily and several pieces were missing, and the mirror on the wall in the entry was hung on 1 small hook and the wind, while closing the front door, blew the mirror from the wall shattering the glass.

Great place

Awesome view of the ocean, quiet and calm apartment. everything is cozy and tidy, clean and beautiful. I liked it very much, we will come again with the children when it is warmer. One minus is that the TV and Internet do not work. We contacted the manager and in 20 minutes everything was fixed. We started watching a movie and watched half of it, the Internet disappeared again. Thank you!

comfy and cozy

Had everything we needed or required. very safe neighborhood. Biggest complaint was tv programming, never had major networks except for news. Wonderful view from balcony.

The location and view from the awesome condo is second to none and we visit the Oregon Coast once a year. Kitchen has everything you need and the living area is comfy!

Nice

Location is very convenient to exploring the beautiful coast, we loved walking across the street to the Pines, it was fun and great food/drinks! Unit is nice, for whatever reason though, it is extremely warm! We made sure the heat was off at all times and kept the back slider open 24 hours a day for the full 5 nights we were there. daytime temps outside were never higher than 62.

Down by the bay

This condo offers beach front stays with immediate beach access. The tide changes provide some awesome changes to the beach front allowing kids to explore what hides beneath the waves.

Great location to watch fireworks

The deck chairs were unsafe (rotten webbing) - not useable. And - thought the chech in of 4:00p was ok - but the 10:00a check out was not!

Beautiful View

Condo was clean, had everything we need for a weekend trip (only one coffee filter left when we arrived) but… wow… Beautiful view! Incase anyone was wondering, the balcony touched the neighboring unit’s so it wasn’t very private like the pictures might show. Internet did not work. Maintenance couldn’t figure it out so he let me log into another units wifi. They were quick to respond to my request. Would stay here again.

While this property was top notch in livability, roomy, more like a condo than a hotel room, and extremely well appointed, upon arrival we found the room to be unbearably warm. the previous travelers might have accidentally turned the heat all the way up instead of off. this lead to keeping the balcony door open all night the first night which exposed us to a bit of traffic noise off the adjacent 101. Also disappointing, the WIFI did not work.

Nice except for one detail in the listing

The view and location are fantastic, place is nice. Only problem is the listing said 2 bedrooms right under the listing title and one bedroom in the description. I made the mistake of only looking at the part right under the listing name that says "2 bedrooms 1 bath" and didn't read the description. I sent a screenshot of the listing saying "2 bedrooms" to the management but never heard back. I guess that's on me but it's hard to understand how that could be missed by whoever wrote the listing. The property manager was professional about it but there really wasn't anything he could do, although some kind of adjustment to our price would have been nice. Travelling with two teenagers we do not go for one bedroom places but made it work. Anyhow, this is a 1 bedroom condo with an amazing view of Stiletz Bay and walkable to a lot of great stuff. It's a little older but it doesn't matter to us as we are more about location and this place's location is top notch. Once we got over our surprise (and irritation) at being minus a bedroom we had a good stay.
