Summary:
Unit 105, a privately owned ground floor studio condo, offers incredible ocean views and a patio for relaxing and watching the waves. This studio condo can comfortably sleep up to 4 on a Queen bed and full-size Murphy bed, and includes a walk-in shower. Take advantage of a fully stocked kitchenette, with a full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, drip coffee maker, and microwave, as well as a small dining table for an oceanfront dining experience in the comfort of your own condo.

The Space:
Unit 105, a privately owned ground floor studio condo, offers incredible ocean views and a patio for relaxing and watching the waves. This studio condo can comfortably sleep up to 4 on a Queen bed and full-size Murphy bed, and includes a walk-in shower. Take advantage of a fully stocked kitchenette, with a full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, drip coffee maker, and microwave, as well as a small dining table for an oceanfront dining experience in the comfort of your own condo. The kitchenette includes all the basics: cookware, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, and appliances.

Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Interaction with Guests:
D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

良かった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
We really enjoyed this property. Location was great. Room layout and amenities were great. The only issue we had was the bed was so uncomfortable. We even slept on the Murphy bed in the room on our second night, which was a little better. Overall had a wonderful time at this property.
